Measure the Maximum Aerobic Speed among students and sports of all kinds
AUDIENCE: Application for teachers of EPS, educators or coaches.
METHODS: Pass the test to a group of runners and get the VMA each.
GOAL:
Measure the VMA (maximum aerobic speed) of an athlete through a running test by increasing intensity level.
• Stroke Test to an evolution of 18 km / h (final level running speed)
• Worksheet lap times
• Table running gaits
• Connecting bluetooth compatible mode for portable speaker (broadcast scheduled intervals bearings)
