App developers and support SUCK. Lost access to paid Game Pass access except Superbowls. Screen only flashes like a strobe on 'Browse all games'. Not getting what I paid for. Contacted support many times. Already done everything suggested dozens of times to no avail. Now I stay pissed off and want to beat someone.

So I really like this app, and truth be told I do use it a lot. But the reason I gave four stars is because I can't hear anything while watching games. I don't know if it's my computer because when I use it on a phone it works but either way it's annoying. I'm 10 years old and not perticularly good with technolagy but I tried to do everything I can. My volume is at MAX and I have tried changing it in settings. I do use this app regularly and am still trying to fix it. Other than that its great.

NEW: with new updates to the app, Things have been running smoother. But cut back on some of the commercials, still too many. OLD: This app LOVES to show me that I have news stories to watch, then it has no problem showing 3 - 15 second commercials everytime before each clip and then when it finally starts, it plays for 2 seconds and then the app shuts down. I have wasted HOURS of my life trying use this app. For a billion dollar industry, they can't host an app if their life depended on it.

  4. David Ezell-avatar

    David Ezell

The app is pretty good for notifications on big events in the NFL but pretty much worthless outside of that. Everything takes minutes to load, want to read an article? Two minutes to load it, about 30 seconds to read it. Want to check a score? That takes even longer to load. The interface is also just bad tbh. Hard to navigate, and so laggy that if you click the wrong thing on accident it takes forever to back out and click the right thing.

I've used this app for very long time. Getting tired of constantly having to update. There's no reason why an older version shouldn't work. I don't notice any improvements on the updates. Suspect they really just puting in new ads. I don't mind watching ads but these updates are getting ridiculous. Real tempted to uninstall then use an adblocker browser for there website instead.

A lot of people on here complaining about issues that are either user errors or not a problem caused by this application. This app does what it is supposed too. It works very well and very efficiently. Sometimes it can be a touch slow but I chalk that up to technology is just slow sometimes. This app runs very well and I recommend it to everyone with the phone to support it.

  7. Jeff Squiers-avatar

Clicked on a notice to read an article. Was prompted to update the app, and did. Upon completion, not only did the article NOT automatically come up, it was nowhere to be found -- not in Featured articles, not on the related team-specific tab that was next to Featured, nowhere. This happens all the time with this app, even without the update first. Very frustrating.

  8. Kyle Haynes-avatar

    Kyle Haynes

I think NFL Network and NFL Redzone should be free (if possible), based on fan popularity, and the fact that everyone is "glued" to watching their favorite football teams and/or players.

This app does nothing but piss me off so much I'm gonna write about it. Every single time I get a pop up telling me some story on my squad and I click on it. It opens the app and takes me to an article that has nothing to do with what it's supposed to. Then I'll click my team and what I got the pop up for isnt anywhere on the site. Turn push notifications off cuz they're never right

Go to read an article and the page looks like a strob light, PLEASE FIX, 8/6 2020 still the same problem, 8/19 just did an update, now the HEADLINES will not even load, for the love of _ _ _, 9/17/2020 and still NO CHANGE, and just to let you know that people with a seizure disorder could have one from looking at your APP.........FIX IT PLEASE
