the app does not work anymore for topping up. all the time says "service unavailable" or "failed tp perform". i already contacted the customer service, tried reinstalling, went to telia office, i.e. reported the problem in all possible ways, but ot still stays unsolved. thus, the whole usage of the sim becomes very inpractical without being able to top up.

Never had any serious issues with the app. I just wish that it was possible to use bank transfer as a payment method when topping up through the app. I noticed that this option is available on Telia's website but not in the app. I really try to avoid giving my card number online for any service.

I never write bad reviews, but this app is really bad. I don't understand how a company like Telia advertises and advises its costumers to use an app that doesn't work. Other companies have been using online topups for many years, I don't understand why it's so difficult for you. Very disappointed!

When I installed it, it was a very nice app to pay my mobile. Just enter the PIN, and all is done. But now... Redirect to bank's webpage, logging in, waiting sms to confirm the pay... It became much more comfortable to pay in R-Kiosk or Telia office. The most useless app in Finland.

App has become unusable. Crashes and says it logs you out when trying to paste phone number to log in or when trying to make a payment. Very bad app for such big company. I suggest to use web payment instead, works smoothly at the moment, hope it continues.

The new payment process through this app doesn't work with S-Pankki. After adding the 3-digit number from behind my debit card the app takes me to my Bank and there I'm asked to first sign in to my mobile banking app and then signing in my online banking username. But it doesn't work, just says my username is wrong (which it isn't cause I can log in through my bank's web page). Maybe it's my bank... never ever before have I had to do anything this complicated to confirm a payment.

No way to enter your number. Does not accept a "+" input. Ironic that an ISP gets this wrong.

Doesn't give notification when prepaid is going to expire. This caused lost prepaid saldo.
