TAS (ร้องเรียน เหล้า-บุหรี่)

แอปพลิเคชัน TAS (Tobacco & Alcohol Surveillance System : TAS ) เป็นระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อเฝ้าระวังการละเมิดกฎหมายควบคุมการบริโภคยาสูบและเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทาง Mobile Application ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนผู้มีความประสงค์ร้องเรียนการกระทำผิดตามกฎหมาย ได้แก่ พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 และพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ พ.ศ. 2560 รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบดูแลของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และเป็นช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารสร้างความเข้าใจแก่ประชาชนด้านมาตรการควบคุมที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพที่ดี รวมถึงการเผยแพร่ความข้อมูลวิชาการรู้ด้านสุขภาพ มาตรการควบคุมทางกฎหมาย และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานดังนี้ • คำแนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน เป็นการให้คำแนะนำคู่มือวิธีใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันเบื้องต้น • การเพิ่มเรื่องร้องเรียน เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้ส่งเรื่องร้องเรียนต่าง ๆ ที่ได้พบเห็น เช่น รายละเอียดการพบเห็นการกระทำความผิด แนบไฟล์รูปภาพหรือวีดิโอหลักฐาน เป็นต้น • คำแนะนำความรู้เบื้องต้นของกฎหมาย เป็นการให้คำแนะนำความรู้ต่าง ๆ ของกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับ ยาสูบและเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หรือ พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 และพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ พ.ศ. 2560 รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบดูแลของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข • การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ เป็นช่องทางการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรง ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชน • การแก้ไขข้อมูลผู้ร้องเรียน เพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ประกอบเรื่องร้องเรียน เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ฯลฯ • การติดตามเรื่องร้องเรียน เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบสถานะการดำเนินงานของเรื่องร้องเรียน จากเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบ The TAS (Tobacco & Alcohol Surveillance System: TAS) application is an information system to monitor violations of tobacco and alcohol control laws through the Mobile Application of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health.
