TAS (ร้องเรียน เหล้า-บุหรี่)

แอปพลิเคชัน TAS (Tobacco & Alcohol Surveillance System : TAS ) เป็นระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อเฝ้าระวังการละเมิดกฎหมายควบคุมการบริโภคยาสูบและเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทาง Mobile Application ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนผู้มีความประสงค์ร้องเรียนการกระทำผิดตามกฎหมาย ได้แก่ พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 และพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ พ.ศ. 2560 รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบดูแลของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และเป็นช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารสร้างความเข้าใจแก่ประชาชนด้านมาตรการควบคุมที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีสุขภาพที่ดี รวมถึงการเผยแพร่ความข้อมูลวิชาการรู้ด้านสุขภาพ มาตรการควบคุมทางกฎหมาย และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

โดยมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานดังนี้
• คำแนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน เป็นการให้คำแนะนำคู่มือวิธีใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันเบื้องต้น
• การเพิ่มเรื่องร้องเรียน เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้ส่งเรื่องร้องเรียนต่าง ๆ ที่ได้พบเห็น เช่น รายละเอียดการพบเห็นการกระทำความผิด แนบไฟล์รูปภาพหรือวีดิโอหลักฐาน เป็นต้น
• คำแนะนำความรู้เบื้องต้นของกฎหมาย เป็นการให้คำแนะนำความรู้ต่าง ๆ ของกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับ ยาสูบและเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หรือ พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 และพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ พ.ศ. 2560 รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบดูแลของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข
• การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ เป็นช่องทางการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรง ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชน
• การแก้ไขข้อมูลผู้ร้องเรียน เพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ประกอบเรื่องร้องเรียน เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ฯลฯ
• การติดตามเรื่องร้องเรียน เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบสถานะการดำเนินงานของเรื่องร้องเรียน จากเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบ
