Cannot logout. I've moved offices and it will not let me log out to change details.

Need to have a good internet connection to be used properly. Refreshing on the rota page, constantly confuses times especially when logged into a property. E.g when not connected to internet the times I logged in go to departure time. Very slow app when it comes to refreshing. On feedback and messages you cant use proper punctuation which is very frustrating. Also some clients feedback doesnt appear a few days before which is also very annoying. Not a bad app. NEEDS TO BE ALOT FASTER.

Useful app for domiciliary carers. However, would be good to be able to use proper punctuation when sending messages (e.g, apostrophes!) Also, bugs need fixing for example, my calls turn white even when I haven't actually pressed them which means I cannot accurately see how many remaining clients I have to see without counting.

Its great if it not freezers or there internet conection like in some areas but on the whole its easy to use and there no paperwork which is better abd the feedback takes little time so there more time to spend with the client which is very important

So i recently installed this for my new job. Not impressed as it used over 3gb data in 2 days. Please could support clarify if this can be used without data usage. Also one suggestion I have would be to tell me how many hours per week I have done.

App is fine but had to reinstall a few times as none of the functions where working .has a dendency to freeze on bad weather .

Always has some issues either not scanning or just storing if it wasn't for work I'd deleted it
