This review is just about this app, not about factoring fees , or cancellation of contract. This app is great, it is easy to use and you can avoid a headache summiting invoices. I got a different opinion about dispatch services and others issues. But like I said before, this is just a comment regarding this app. For me this app is awesome.

Horrible app that crashes constantly. The app is barely Isabel and when I call they tell me the problem is my phone. I have a Google Pixel 3 and I have no problems with other apps. This is one of the.worst companies I have ever had to deal with. You also do want want to business with these people. It was a huge mistake I regret every day.

Sometimes the invoices run smooth. However, the "by close of business" funding could be 8:30 or 9 P.M. And if there is a problem that needs attention you get a generic email. With "30 minutes" to respond. The wait times to get in touch with a rep are excessive in my opinion. They are expensive, not responsive, have always given me the impression that I work for them when in reality, they work for me. Not recommended. Take your business elswhere. (1 star because no stars is not an option.)

Great app! Me or my husband are able to submit our company invoices from anywhere and no hitches so far. Working with TAFS is a bliss. Leslie Goodyear, our RS with her team have always been so helpful with any issues we get. Also want to thank Manish, Josh and many more awesome TAFS members there. NJ Transport is forever greatful!

Tafs is very unprofessional when It comes time to cancelling your contract. They will not let you speak to anybody on the phone regarding cancellation questions. you have to go through email sometimes taking up to 3 days for a response. And if they feel you email too many times they charge you a diligence fee ($23). That's their way of saying don't bother me. They will not transfer over any money even though invoices have been paid to them until all of the ageing list has been paid in full.

I think the app is very helpful and eliminates lots of work. My Rep Sam is the best so if I ever have a problem he's very knowledgeable and always puts me on track. I have a great support team with the app and my Rep. 5 stars from me.

I can't reload the whole app it gives me half of it. I have called Tafs for a week straight and they returned 5 of my calls 9hrs plus later and I'm still having problems with this app unable to get paid its sad and I called everybody in every Department still no luck.

We've been dealing with this company for about two weeks. They will hang on to the invoice until after hours and say it couldn't be verified. Then I was told to pay extra $25 just to get paid wow. A total rip off

The app works but im using the Dispatch they use and they are god awful pro Dispatch should be rookie Dispatch but happy with tafs other than them taking forever on your invoice unless you pay the 20 dollar 1 hour
