Although this company is giving drivers more money from fares due to zero commission however the software is quite buggy 1) Keep giving jobs that we have previously choose to skip. Since we skip that particular job, it should not appear becos it is annoying to see the same job over and over and need to press skip over and over wasting a lot of time while we must concentrate on the road 2) Once you skip a job, the app also disappears from "Recent Apps". Why it disappeared?

Cheap fare company, fare already very cheap and pax can cancel whenever they like without penalty even tho driver travelled otw almost reach pick up but if driver cancel charged $1.07, unfair treatment to driver. Disappointed! 🤦♂️

Typical CS.... Already explained on map inaccuracies for drop or pick up points still get blamed for wrong dropoff/pick. And when I explained it further CS gets angry. Listen to both side of story and do your nvestigations CS. Can only give 1 star where 0 star should be the ratings. Truly disappointed.

The new updates interface bad the flash up keep blocking the fare amount can't even see it. It doesn't matter about the previous job card taken by other drivers. Just don't block us from having a clear full page. Please improve on the interface of the apps do away the red notice of the job card it blocking the fare

All were good until a week ago ,Jobs came in either with sound only !!! (no option to skip/accept) or jobs came in with sound buffer for 2-3 secs then the job card appear ,did a update ,now jobs came in with stating already accepted by other drivers ( red notification box ),is this bidding or merely informing me that there is a job broadcasted with a driver already accepted the job ? am in 2.4.2 version ,tried uninstall few times .did not fix my problem .

Driver not given time to view the task/order that came in. Less than 2 seconds. And also the Tada logo is blocking the GPS map distance on the left.. Waiting time for the GPS map to find the route and direction setting is too long when order is accepted.

Route price quotation is base on shortest possible route, which can bypass grass patch, walls, building, can admin do something to improve tada mapping, improvement makes drivers happier, Tada signature is to be the most fairer platform of all, may drivers support and make tada great, thanks with appreciate

The app saver since not stable when more jobs coming at the same time it keep on loading and can't skip out to the next jobs and get hang on the screen please do something on the app to make it stable otherwise is very dispointed for the driver and customers.
