So far, Swappa is a legit place to buy and sell. they have many customer protections in place and have baked in messaging systems. I like the layout and their limited product categories. it's hard to get lost while using the app. Give it a shot for selling your electronics. they will even create a new category if you're electronic doesn't have one yet.

The absolute most garbage app on the face of galaxy. WTH this app is allowed on stores? I stalked the Androud version few times and it doesn't even launch with a bogus error, cannot connect to internet. Not worth a second more to debug. Before judging I am extremely hardware/software/internet savvy. Wish could give zero star.

App has a server error and useless.. Is it me only? Needs a few things. Work on your filtering or library for more granular control of search expressions. For the email alert include the price of the item newly listed that we built the alert for. Several Other things but won't list them all.

I received my Samsung Galaxy S10 exactly as described. Looks brand new and all accessories included as advertised. I haven't used the phone for long enough to rate the battery or software, but so far very pleased with my first Swappa purchase!

They have always been good to buy used phones but lately it's been more businesses selling their phones and you can't ask them questions. They disable comments for businesses which is a really bad practice. I used to buy my phones here every year and now it's useless most of the time because you can't ask questions unless it's for a private seller.

great way to shop for a new or used phone. be careful with purchasing from new sellers as mine took a week to get to me. certified sellers cost more but phones arrive in 2-3 days usually in my area.
