Still worse again, even now. Still won't open after waiting a few min. Given up on it again! Please resolve or make update that corrects app. Losing patience. Emails not replyed to? Have emailed support, and still the faults persists. Fault 1, more often than not, fails to open, or just fails to step count. Fault 2, This is a biggy. Fails to maintain account balance after app cache clear or uninstall.

After a week of use, and thenths of claims, i am accounted for only a fraction of everyrhing done, being recognized only 1 steps claim when I have.more thant 15. I was only able to get around 1young which is basically nothing in return for all the data collectes. Uninstalling.
