It shows me that someone is using my GSM removable sim card for their primary service which reduces all ability to get the use. Possibly black box on roof from GCI to intentionally block use so the people from lakrridgr Commons Twnhse Assoc can finish stealing my identity to keep video service and other utilities to avoid taxes and licensing.
