Worst service no dinner break no tea break and the worst thing is no washroom break we have to put our all luggage in our reserved seat only they will not allow in the cabin also which is available in the back side they will use that for private cargo service they will stop for dropping of all the cargo parcels and this will take lot of time and they will drop after all this waste stuff so please don't use this operator if you want to do journey with kids and ladies that will be like hell....

There wasn't any discount on ticket fare . Everytime we used to be at our place on time. When we booked from app we were looped to some other bus which was unpunctual. I really regret booking from this app.

When i given the DOB , its not taking what i given.. by default its showing 2019/15/06.And more over.. while adding DOB, NO option to sepect perticular date. Plese look into that issue and resolve Asap. Not listing booked ticket details under my booking also.

Fraudulent Travels, There is no cancellation even if it is one day for departure also , they'll have all the Cancellation policies written in their website and app but there is no use, Don't know how to behave to customers also, these guys will tell non logical reasons to not to refund the Cancellation money back, Looting people's money. Please don't book in this travels

Bus is very good. But the staff is Rude behavior while follow up. I questioned them like you should not talk badly. Due to this reason charged extra money for a second bag unnecessary. Not allowed me to enter the bus until I paid.
