This system is an embarrassment. Their servers were down when the tech tried to install everything so that took forever. Their panel runs on Android version 5, which stopped getting security updates in 2015! The panel itself says the last update was in January 1969. The whole system is glitchy like that. Pure disappointment. This company shouldn't be around much longer.

I've had this app and the Doorcam that is used via this app for 2 years and its terrible! Features are easy to use and access, but to get a quick view of your Doorcam when motion is detected or not is unreliable. It never connects and options given are "Retry" or "Troubleshoot". Super annoying when you want to know who's at your door etc. Not reliable and I'm in the process of switching (finally).

Doorbell lag makes answering the door using doorbell not realistic. Also once the total number of doorbell uploads is reached, you have to manually delete each one. Also when you select certain times and days for recording it's like that feature does nothing and just records 24/7. All in all wouldn't recommend doorbell at all. The app is a good but needs a few more versions.

Whole system is terrible. There is a huge lag, It takes forever to load the image when the door bell rings. Like 30 seconds. People will give up and go away. And sometimes after taking a lifetime it fails. I've checked wifi and we have a strong signal. Chime and alerts are super low you can't hear if you are upstairs for example. terrible if compared to other apps.

No issues with the system, however the app leaves a lot to be desired. Live camera view lag when clicking on each respective camera, if it works at all. I do recieve an alert most of the time when a camera does catch something in the geofenced area however 50/50 if it actually saves a video clip. Not very impressed.

Absolutely horrible. I switched phones from Pixel 2 to Galaxy s20 and now the app only displays one alarm and not the other. (I have two different locations and it only shows one.) Back on my old phone it still shows both locations because they are under my same account. Customer service is not helpful because they have no clue how to fix their app problems.

On the homescreen there should be a button that says "activity" instead of an unfamiliar icon. This app is useful. There should be away to turn off notifications for door locks. I have cameras, a siren and strobe only. It would be nice if I didn't have to sort through irrelevant notices.

The App needs to be updated. The video notification and the Highlight features are not working properly. They used to work great, but not anymore. When you open a video notification to see the recording, it takes you to the live scene of that selected camera. The Highlight feature does not capture images of people anymore.

Most of the time I received Alerts on my phone after the fact. When someone rings my door bell, I'm letting them in the house before my phone alert shows me who's at the door. No Alert warning when someone is walking up towards the front door. This is not what I expected. 🙁🙁. No upfront warning.

I would give this app a zero if I could. It seldom works when I need it. This product was marketed and sold as an app based security solution, yet I use it as a traditional security/alarm solution. If you are looking for a smart/app based product, then this is certainly not it. Please don't make the same mistake that I made.
