This is the first app that fails to make it possible to log in with Bank ID. I keep getting the same error. I tried this app 2 weeks ago and uni stalled for the exact same reason. Alternative log in options don't work as well, hence useless.

Doesn't have my gym or any discounts for any of the others. Also you can't buy any subscriptions directly online you can only send receipts. Finally, the app design is ancient.

This app and web services are the most frustrating I have used in a long time. We have been told to "identificate & authenticate in Epassi to continue using MyMoney or Finnair Plus points", but in the app I just get the error message "Something went wrong..." when trying to do that, and on the web page I get the error message "Wrong OTP. One-time-password you provided does not match sent one" even though I enter the ones I am sent.

Useless. You can't filter the business you can pay with. You can't see a description of the services provided, just pay or search for the business somewhere else. The categories to search are to general and you can't go into details (sports, but no gym, swimming pool, etc). You click in group of items in the map and it doesn't split them, you have to keep zooming until they are separated)

Paying itself is simple and you can pay the whole sum instead of just the "lounari" amount which is great. Information about balances is also informative and well made. I use the app mainly for food in a large shopping mall. Locations are not accurate enough so there's a lot of places in random order to choose from. Favorites suffers from the same problem. I would like a compact list of places like the payment history has, or perhaps an option to reuse a place from the payment history.

The app is pretty good and there's a decent selection of locations, but for me there's two major issues: 1. It keeps spamming me with notifications when I'm low on personal balance, once is enough. 2. From a UX perspective, it's easy to lose the "Remaining Balance" view. The indicator (or perhaps a specific label for the content) could make the sliding menu clearer.

Been using, or trying to use, ePassi for lunch for a few times now. Sad to say that it is not reliable at all. Half of the times during when I'm about to pay, the app hangs up just spinning. Closing the app and clearing cache does not help. Same issue for my co-workers at same time. Seems to be happening at around 11 am that is peak lunch time in Finland.

1-10minutes of poking error messages away every day and praying for to get to the end of paying process. Stay away if possible. Choosing from favorites list straight away when software starts would help little. Forcing to use maps at the start is super annoying when you dine at same place most of the time.

Would be nice to get a streamlined experience when you pay in the same place every day. I would like to pin a restaurant to my home screen - ideally even a specific payment option so all I gotta do is confirm. Short of that, the app could at least show my favorites as soon as I open it.
