this app has improved now and does show battery info and optional split graphing or combined production,consumption and battery charge and discharge. It does lack the ability for customers to overide and set the battery reserve level as well as users cannot set the battery into backup only mode. Thats a very important feature that should be available to the account owner. Still suffers from not being real time. Most data lags sereral minutes to hours depending on data network Direct wifi is best

terriible service, false information, not trustworthy nor honest. big scam. wull see no change in electric bill. and your bill will be higher than it was before you got the solar panels.poor communicaton very untidy. does not show up for appointments and is never on time. terrible. dont get this company. now have case with this company with attorney general to get out of contract

I like the app. I just would like to see the usage information as well, the more information the better to manage usage as well. There is pictures on the app store that I am able to see the usage but I'm not sure how to access it on the app

This app does not keep up to date information.It sometimes takes 6 to 8 hrs to get current.

did put the right amount of panels. had broken meter. double my dte bill and refuse to correct it. took 15 months of double the bill.
