The app is nice but I notice it costs a lot of effort to use it. Only because if you click something, press back again, you're right back at the top again and you can go scrolling endlessly until you reached where you left off. It actually makes me give up on searching for deals. To have the usual search button would also be logical in my eyes.

Weeks ago complained about purchase of vouchers for a Spa treatment unfortunately the service provider was not responding after long discussions with Social Deals team my purchase was reimbursed and the case was closed. For their support assistance & service to clients I say they are excellent. Always connected listening they will call you back and follow up until the situation is solved. Would highly encourage to use their services as you are at least protected from malafide services providers

The app is simply bad. - Had to do reservation over because my phone number wouldnt get added after selecting. - Settings icons got doubled in the reservation. - My payment was taken from the bank, but there was no navigation back to app. After manually going to the app it was impossible to finish reservation. - Had to do reservation twice, now have to deal with trying to get payment back due to faulty navigation.

UPDATE : After receiving reply for the developer and sent message to the email provided, again I feel disappointed. Same respond as CS before. Be more like Groupon who is fast and responsive even without any customer service. Bought a voucher on February 2021- place is already closed. Contacted the customer service by the end of March 2021, and basically being told to wait until May 25th for them to resolve the problem till 25th May. Very poor service with such a long wait to resolve a problem.

The app does everything well on my device, except for showing all deals. It is almost always a subset of what can be found in the same region on the site. The strange thing is that if I open the app and scroll down fast enough, I sometimes see those deals for a second, but then I am forcibly scrolled up and the deals are gone from the list. I might as well just go directly to the site.

Seriously this app is fantastic! Especially for poor students like me haha *cries in the background*. I personally use it to eat outside for a cheaper price, it helps me to save lots of money which I can use again to eat out. And I also ordered some driver classes for a cheap price (we all know how expensive they are nowadays). So at the end, if you want to put a little effort like a minute or two to save 10, 20 or even more euros, then this is the app you have been looking for!

Great app to find local deals for restaurants, outings, beauty and more in the Netherlands. I especially like the deals for restaurants as you get to try a nice menu in a new restaurant often for half the price. Usually it's places you otherwise haven't heard of or might think of when going out for dinner or lunch. App is well designed and offers all information about a deal, allows for payment online and set a reservation at the venue in one go.

I don't like the fine print that comes with most of the deals. When you are choosing a restaurant for example, you don't want or even expect two pages of fine print with all that is included, excluded, booking procedures and more. That fine print is acceptable when you are signing a contract for a loan at a bank. Not for an evening out at a restaurant, bar, ... It might be for others that are OK with this, but it's not for me. It only limits my freedom.
