This app is amazing at what it does. It agragates information from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Looks at your contacts then searches these social networks and appends this info to your contacts. Have an email address only? It can fill in the name and add a photo if it finds a match. The only thing it doesn't do is append this new info to your contacts. Nevertheless just imagine how you could use this. Sales tool to see and get more info on a contact. Social or dating tool?

Pretty neat idea/concept. Doesn't seem like Facebook contacts are sorted very well in terms of importance. Wish it wouldn't show my Facebook acquaintances or showed my facebook groups. Also needs the ability to delete contacts altogether. Just because I get an email per day from grouping does not mean they need to be in my contact list and especially not #2 on it.

I use 2-factor authentication with my Google account and unfortunately Smartr's authentication system doesn't take that into account. I.e. I: 1. Try to add my Gmail account to Smarter, which then redirects me to the Google sign-in page on my phone. 2. I sign in, but then receive the page to enter in my security page. 3. Now, the security code has to be generated by a different app...on my phone. I.e. in order to get the security code that Smartr needs to log me into my Google account....I have to leave the Smartr app. 4. I get the security code. 5. I reenter the Smartr app, but Smartr has now reset the entire process. By the time I get to the security code page, my code has changed.... Smartr should just be able to use the Google cookie on my phone to direct me to the app authorization page instead of making me login to Google through the app. While my experience is limited to Google's 2-factor authentication, the steps would be very similar for any other services which utilize 2-factor authentication.

There should b an option to sort contacts' order and how they appear listed. When searching, it should b able to find contacts by their nicknames too. It should let u manually add contacts' accounts, pictures, etc. that it doesn't find automatically. It doesn't display all contacts' info, no nickname, no birthday, no nothing but name, number, & email only and that's it. No option to unlink accounts?

Contacts are available for each email adress they have and there is no way to merge them. Furthermore the contacts shown at the top are not the most contacted contacts - they must be somewhere down the list. At the moment this app really lacks common sense and I see no reason to use it. What a shame....

Pretty neat interface.. and the integration is very well done.. but for contacts which do not have a mail id it simply makes de mobile number into email id which is sick.... fix this and I would rate it 5

Smartr Contacts automatically found all my contacts based on my emails, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts. All my contacts are ranked by importance so the most important people are at the top. If you haven't tried it, you must. I can't live without it.

This only listed the email addresses I have sent to and received from, including automated responses that pile up. It ignored my stored contacts in both Gmail and my phone. It didn't list a single phone number for the contacts it did find, which is the prime objective of a contact storage app on a phone.

I like the idea, but the design is more a match for a windows phone. A longer list (with names, not just pictures) would be preferred, and a settings button. And why aren't my regular phone contacts on there? Needs work.

I have contacts in my Top 10 whom I have never communicated with and have not communicated with in more than 1 year. People, like my wife, I communicate with frequently are in my Top 40. All of that positioning is backwards. I also found that Smartr tells me that most of my contacts and I do not have common networks when in fact I know that we do. So, if I was to do away with these features this app becomes a common contact management app (like the stock app). I will be deleting this app.
