This is a nice looking piece of equipment, but the user manual is for Superman who would be the only one able to read this. Does the company have one that is useful for a 72 year old's eyes? I have looked for one online and cannot seem to locate one. I would suggest that you send info on where to find a manual that can actually be read in your packaging....In the meantime it is charging and I hope it works....

Wish it supports telegram messages too. (Previously: 1 star rating, deleted app in just 3 days of using) Now: app doesn't unnecessarily drain my battery anymore, have been using the app for 2-3 weeks now and so far it's been okay. Glad that i am able to connect my watch to my phone again 😊😊

The app is useless. I can connect to watch via Bluetooth, as watch shows a chain indicating connection. App tells me no wristband found, and does not pair or synch time or data. Seller did not show name of app, so could not read reviews before purchasing. Waste of money!

So uninstalled itself (finally found the paperwork to reinstall it) and now my watch's Bluetooth won't turn on. Disappointing because I love my watch itself, but now it seems to be useless since it won't even sync the time.

I have had this app for a while,but recently it just started draining my phone's battery! I had troubles logging in as well,even all my log in details are correct. As for the watch,it would connect after some time,but the problem is,I need this app to sync my watch,to adjust the time and the date as there's no way of doing it manually. Haven't used this app for other things though. But battery drainage is horrendous! Please,fix it!

I have had the AGPTEK SW01 for 15 months and had not bothered to use it. Today, I took a look at it and I downloaded the smart wristband software. The watch on its own doesn't do much, in my opinion. Once I had the software on my cell phone, I tried to connect to the watch. That failed. Then, I went ahead to set up the parameters. That didn't work out well either. Body weight does not go beyond 150 pounds. Anyhow, the end result is a page that shows parameters like calories, distance, steps and the page does not respond. Its frozen. I close the program, reopen it and I get the same frozen page. It is no wonder why Amazon removed the item from its web site. In my hands , the device is inoperable. Do not buy this watch if it is available for sale. Avoid

As of 4/1, the pedometer no longer works on the watch. is anyone else having that issue. The software is still connecting. I'm changing from 1 to 3 because the watch and app finally connected. The app has been working consistently so far. Still love the watch but buy with caution. There is a good chance the app may not work with it.

After just a couple of months' use, it today will no longer sync data, and I am also now having several issues with the linked device itself. Unsure why and whether its the app, the device, or the relationship between them, but to get a new device and app now means I lose all my data since May. Not happy.
