You can email the animated .gif to yourself, and then you can copy and save that .gif as a photo to your camera roll. Then, you can import that .gif into twitter or other social media. Sharing within the app will only post a sequence of the slap, which is still funny, but to get the animated version, use the email button - or use above method to post to social media.
