Horrible. Who design their website and this app. Seat selection doesnt work all the time. I cant complete my transaction at all on both website and on the app. I give up. Have to go to a physical location to purchase ticket now. Whats the point of having a website and app when it doesnt work at all. Useless. Need a better ticketing company to break this monopoly.

Terrible, Terrible app! Log in takes a long time. And it makes you log in again and again. I am not sure if this can be classified as an app, as when I tried to book tickets for the film festival, it brings me to the browser website page. Why will you need to use an app that just brings you the website? Mystifying!

I want to view a ticket but I could not view it for some reason and everytime I try to view the event it keeps jumping back to the main page, then asks me to rate my experience. Please fix this!

This app keeps crashing on me. It became a sort of game for me to see how far I can go before it crashes. Eventually managed to click to book ticket. I was elated and hopeful. But alas, life is harsh and the app still crashed. Please fix.

its useless. logging in fails many times when you try . Facebook login doesn't work. don't bother trying there after you login, purchase history different show up and booked tickets don't appear Search for events results fail even if you know those days are filled with events so this app pretty much fails completely

The navigation and user interface is terrible. Very difficult to find events that are happening. The old app they used to have was much, much better. Will go back to using PC to book.

Horrible. The sistic website is way better in terms of it's clean and easy to navigate look. The app is simply confusing, with too much information right smack in front of you.

Crashes every time I try to buy tickets to SGIFF, which kinda makes me not want to watch any films during SGIFF anymore. And it's all due to the really bad user experience of the app and website which is not mobile friendly at all.

This app is hopeless. Whenever I wanna purchase a ticket for a particular event, it will keep redirect back to the main page and I have to start everything all over again. This app is just a waste of time!

Terrible app. Takes a long time to log in, keeps crashing. Sistic tries to direct you from their website to the app if you're on a mobile browser but you're much better off wrangling with the site than this app.
