When this app works it's pretty nice, but it often DOESN'T work. I've never been able to use my rewards to claim anything other than chips and salsa. The last time I ordered, I got to the restaurant and they didn't have my food. I looked in my past orders and saw that it had been cancelled for some reason even though the app initially told me it went through. Sad day for me. And now I'm sitting outside of the restaurant, and every time I click "I'm here" for carside pickup, the app crashes.

I was very happy with the app but after the update it uses a different Chili's and I ordered from there by mistake. Even when I use current location in parking lot of the other one about 20 Mike's away it still uses the farther one.

No option to order the size salad you want, cooks give whatever they feel like: Small, large, tiny, extra medium - No consistency. Should have option available to choose sizes.

Easy to customize order and request extra sauces. Should have 'extras' selection option throughout entire Menu though .

They charge somewhat hidden fees for delivery, on top of a delivery charge, which adds up to 10 additional dollars (in our experience) for "delivery and service related" fees that are not transparent, nor are they justified. Their rewards are counterintuitive, by refusing to let you use some if you have at least 1 order of a 3 for 10, regardless if you have more expensive entrees in your order as well. AVOID, and go elsewhere. These guys only want to find ways to add more cost to the consumer.

Can't get past Update message. Opened app on phone. Got an "Update Available" message which directed me to the Play Store. I hit the Update button and when it finished I hit Open. It took me back to the app with the "Update Available" box. Went round and round several times between these two things, couldn't proceed in app. I am extremely annoyed. Now what???

Seriously! App was great until recently. Now, I cant even order food with out having issues just clicking on an item. Tries to kick you out every time and when you do get to where you actually pay for the food and get it delivered you can't put in your address like it's suppose to be. Ya'll need to realize that people who live in Apartments don't JUST have numbers we have letters too!!! I had to put my apt in the the description to the driver because yall didn't even offer a way to put my apt

After updating the app earlier today I placed an order for curbside pickup, but when I reached the restaurant I could not click the "Check In" button. Tried 3 times but the app kept crashing, so went inside to collect my food. When I got home checked the app again, and the Home page is stuck showing the map and 'Check in' button. Tried clearing the app cache and forcing it to stop, but it didn't help.
