Had some issues with receipts not uploading. Response has been poor and lost several points. It is now working again. 13/10. I am having issues again with receipts not uploading, the amazon part when uploading the receipt also states its not got the order number. I have emailed and no response. This is frustrating and not acceptable

Used to be a great app. However, there've been issues for months now, with messages saying "several reciepts sent on 'date' could not be saved due to network issues, please try to send them again". These messages take an age to come through, by which time the original receipts are long gone and would not be accepted because they're past the acceptable date range. I know others reported it previously, yet it hasn't been addressed... fix it and I'll review my rating!

Used to be a good, but never received my last voucher. Its been a month now and three email complaints that are rejected stating my email address isn't registered. However it works when I do a 'forgot password ' email. Its seems to be since the last update.

This used to be a good app but more and more recently they reject receipts. Its always hit or miss for if they choose to accept something even for stores they normally pay for. They are still getting the information from you but not paying the tokens for it. Then you have to email their customer service which takes time and they know you're not going to do it. . The other receipt apps I use are far better and I don't have all these problems with them. This app us not worth the bother anymore.

Was working fine until sept. Now worthless. When you upload a photo receipt it says it's processing for weeks. Shoppix now reject many receipts saying it's blurred when it's perfectly clear. Challenge doesn't work. Luckily I managed to cash out my remaining vouchers. Uninstalled. There are much better app out there that don't have these issues.

Used to work well but now has major problem with uploading photo receipts due to "network issues". Often if you keep upload the same receipt again and again it eventually works, but you get complaints about uploading duplicate receipts as well. Fix your bloody app then!Online receipts still work well, money for old receipts so 50:50 at the moment

a really good productive app with questionnaires and scratch cards to win even more points. Had so much payouts it's really worth the effort in scanning receipts., also wish we could upload receipts from the Gallery as some shops have apps (Lidl plus) and you can download your receipt which is far easier than snapping mile long receipt. Also Greggs do app receipts aswell and it would be easier to upload from gallery and would also give a crisp clear receipt.

Update: I have changed my rating now to 3 stars. It took a few months for the issue to be sorted I had to make a new email for everything to be transferred to and even when that was don't it took over a.week. I think the whole process needs to faster. Waiting days for a response even when you email straight back is far to long.

Edited to a 1 star. Photo receipts are becoming a pain where they rarely upload properly, they are inconsistent about which online receipts they allow from the same retailer and its all becoming a bit boring now. Today I've uploaded 2 receipts at around 11am. Because the app keeps crashing, they're saying I've tried to upload loads when I haven't. The app needs really sorting out.

You finally got paper receipts working for me, but now you're rejecting my email receipts by saying they're over 7 days old. No they're not. I always send email receipts as soon as I receive them. There's no option to dispute the rejection reason now either. This is really frustrating. The dates are obvious from when I bought them.
