Such a pathetic app and worst service from past 2-3 months. The pick up is not happening via this . When called customer care , the pre recorded voice says contact the pick up partner . Such a stupid app . Google should add an option for negative ratings too so that I must have used that for shiprocket . By wrong assumption I downloaded it and try to send courier via this aap .. I won't recommend it at all and don't waste your time pls

Worst service they are providing sunce last 1 month. Expected day of delivery is extended when they fail to deliver on time so that you are unable to escalate the matter. Same city delivery they take more than 15 days and when questioned they blame that the receiver is not available. Pickup is not done on time and the delivery guys are big liars and keep fooling clients. Customer care will everytime assure that they will deliver within 24 hours but that doesnt happen, when qurstioned they disco

Worst app ever used . I wanted to give 0 stars but option was not there. The parcel is never picked up on the pickup date. When speak to customer care they say that your shipment is important for us. The pickup is done after 4-5 days from pickup date. Very poor performance by shiprocket.

Pathetic experience with the app. Takes a day to upload and verify kyc document. Very slow. Also do not let select photo from phone gallery. Also saved KYC step 1 or 2 does not reflect on computer that step 2 is done. Do setup 3 from computer. Worst experience with the app. Please do fix these. Small thing matters.

This idea looks really great from outside and I was really excited. But the service is rubbish and the customer-care support is horrible. If you really want your package to reach your destination, opt for direct delivery partners.

It is taking so long time with most of the courier partner. And also no option to escalate. Don't even know the reason. Call'd customer care to check they don't answer rather file the complaint, and no response even after that. Ship rocket is doing too bad these days🙁

Not sure if they want us to use the app or not, the non-stop chat not popup at every damn screen makes you to throw your phone away. Vendors come bach 1.5 months later with weight discrepancies, escalation in general to customer support is useless, support is useless, some vendors don't do pickup for days at a time and you are stuck with assurance from support, terrible.

Never ever use their services they are the worst of them all believe me you will go crazy they don't have an answer or solution to any of our problem... They just have 2 things to say 1:- sorry for the inconvenience 2:- please wait for 24/48 hrs That's it nothing else they will never reply to your email or call back if you keep asking them why it's RTO or they it's delayed then will give you only 2 answers mentioned above if you ask again they will cut the ca and never ca back... FRAUD ALERT..

Worst service ever. Doesn't pick-up packages on time, doesn't allow any kind of interaction or communication with the courier service and their customer service is horrible. I think they are not customer service executives, just a robot sending some random messages instead of answering the queries. Also they'll send you message that the customer service executive will contact you soon, but you're not gonna get a call.
