"شارك 2030" تطبيق بمثابة منصة تفاعلية بين المواطن والحكومة المصرية، للتوعية بالبرامج والمشروعات التنموية ومؤشرات الأداء، ويتيح هذا التطبيق إمكانية المتابعة الدورية لتنفيذ المشروعات، بما يعزز آليات التواصل والمشاركة المجتمعية. ويهدف التطبيق إلى تحقيق أكبر قدر من الشفافية في إتاحة المعلومات الخاصة ببرامج التنمية، ومؤشرات الأداء والمشروعات الاستراتيجية، فضلاً عن دوره في التوعية المجتمعية الموسعة بحجم المشروعات، التي تقوم بها الدولة، كما يسهم في إتاحة الفرصة للمواطنين في «المتابعة التشاركية الفعّالة»، واقتراح مبادرات ومشروعات ذات أولوية، إلى جانب نشر ثقافة قياس الأداء في الجهاز الإداري للدولة وبين المواطنين. ويسمح التطبيق بتصفح المشروعات وفقًا للمحافظة، وتقييم ما تم إنجازه من هذه المشروعات، من خلال متابعة معدلات الإنجاز بالمقارنة بين المستهدف تنفيذه وما تم تنفيذه بالفعل، فضلًا عن إتاحة فرصة للمواطن بإرسال المقترحات لتسليط الضوء على الاحتياجات المحلية، التي بدورها تختلف من محافظة لأخرى. ويضم التطبيق 17 هدفًا من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ليندرج تحت كل منهم بعض البرامج التنموية ومؤشرات قياس الأداء المرتبطة بتلك الأهداف، وبالتالي يمكن التعرف على مؤشرات الأداء من خلال كل هدف من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والمشروعات من خلال المحافظة التي يقيم بها كل مواطن. Sharek 2030 is an interactive platform between the citizen and the Egyptian government to raise awareness of development programs, projects and performance indicators. The application aims to achieve greater transparency in the availability of information on development programs, performance indicators and strategic projects, as well as its role in raising community awareness of the scale of projects undertaken by the State, and contribute to the opportunity for citizens to "effective participatory follow-up", and propose initiatives Priority projects, as well as the dissemination of a culture of performance measurement in the state administrative apparatus and among citizens. The application allows to browse projects according to the governorate, and to assess what has been achieved of these projects, by following the completion rates compared to the target implementation and what has already been implemented, as well as the opportunity for the citizen to send proposals to highlight the local needs, which in turn vary from province to province. The application includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), each of which includes development programs and performance measurement indicators associated with those goals.Therefore, performance indicators can be identified by each SDG, and projects by the governorate in which each citizen resides.

The idea of the application is very good and informative, the registration process is very poor, for example to enter the date of birth it's very defecult to get to the year It assumes that every one was born in Egypt I don't understand why does its required to enter my national ID#
