This is wastage app I waste my money on this. I created profile of my son. But they are showing profile of remote locations which is not in my prefer areas. Two to three times I also complaint the same on their customer care. But their is no proper response from their team. Only they people promoting their other plans. Waste of time please do not use it. And there is no security of your details they create my son's profile on Sangam app without our permission. Please remove it at the earliest.

Buying Premium is of no use. Bought a premium to see opposite persons contacts as most of the time profile users are not active. Well guess what? Shaadi allows to see the contact only after opposite person agrees even if the opposite person is a free profile. Such nonsense. Firstly This setting totally defeats purpose of buying premium. Secondly how come free profile have settings overriding privileges of paid members? Totally disappointed. Wont renew membership again.

Totally westage of money, they're showing what's they wants to show,not on you desired,if you are not a paid member, you can see better options but when u pay money to connect with,the original game starts & no longer new options, only they repeat older options.

90% fake profiles.. Just doing time pass on this plateform. You have to come Online within a week. After receiving request you have to Accept/Reject immediately... Don't hold this.. Another person is waiting for response.. If any account is not active from more than 10days. Please Block this account immediately. Don't play with another's Hope.

Took paid Premium membership, they didn't delivered what they promised, they took the amount of 6months membership, but after 4months completion they stopped and ended the membership saying i bought the membership for 4months, and i got no help during these 4months and they did nothing after taking the money. Don't ever buy their membership. Better to pay a local marriage broker he'll work better than these guys.

Useless, pathetic application The search 🔍 option is not available,even after the entered criteria they will show you profiles which don't fall under your desired catagory.. And worst part is you can not chat with your matched partners you can't even see their messages for every thing you have to pay money.

I am unable to log into the app from both mine and my son's phone...this has started happening all of a sudden without any change or reason. This is despite the fact that we have been a premium member. Very poor experience.

At the time of giving Diamond plus package i was told that I would be able to view 630 numbers within 6 months. I had viewed 4 contact numbers only in 15 days but surprisingly their system is showing that i viewed 335 numbers. When i clicked details of number viewed so far only 4 numbers are being displayed. My request and complaint to the customer support went unheaded

Pros- Have chat system Authenticity is better here as compared to other apps Cons- Photos quality goes significantly low after uploading. App is technically deficient, specially the notification system dont work properly. Even if there are no msg, it shows some msgs are pending. People dont respond at all. Their server security is almost zero, the moment you upload your details, they sell it to others and an account with same details is made on apps like sangam.

I took the Platinum service with a packge of 16500rs, in which they assign a superviser to handle our profiles and send us proper matches, but they don't even see the profiles, just send us randomly profiles, they don't even give proper response to us, my all the moneys are wasted. So my request to all that please do not take this types of services or packages, your money will be deffinetly wastage
