Really a super bad experience. There are unnecessary documents requirement like occupation proof just to get the ID activated even after uploading the ID and education proof. Whereas other apps like Jeevansaathi and Shaadi take hardly 5 mins for validation only requiring ID proof.

Latest update is not working . App is not responding and in freeze mode. Had to uninstall the app. Sorry to say performance of app (it takes time to respond) and memory it's taking on is bad. Not sure testing team is assessing the performance.

I don't want to comment much on the service itself. It's nothing different from other matrimony services. I have too many complaints for the app itself. - The app is so damn slow. - There are too many bugs. E.g: I am a prime member yet I get prompts to pay more to be a prime member. - I recommend to turn off the emails when profile is just viewed. It's irritating - Most importantly, it's very rare that I see such a messy UI. It's counter intuitive, messy and just not fun to use.

After setting up my account, and going through numerous forms of identity verification, I was randomly kicked off the app. When trying to relog in the app and website itself said that the phone number verified via text message, the email address I received a conformation email in, and the account name provided all do not exist. Makes the app and service completely unusable and potentially resulting in effectively fake profiles populating the site, or personal information being collected to be sold to third parties while no actual services being provided.

Terrible experience, will not be using Bharat Matrimony again. 1. Search works randomly. 2. While still WITHIN my subscription period my view contact details option was cut off in an attempt to get me to extend my subsription. 3. Wastes time by sending matches looking for someone like me (including from other religions) instead of ones that match my criteria.

Worst website I have come across ! Super annoying to navigate through the UI. Too many parents here, you will have to climb through a lot of hoops even before you can talk to the boy. I dont know why they have personal managers when you can contact your interest directly on the app. Meant for parents I guess who are anyways technology deaf.

This was a terrible experience. I paid for a 3 month membership only to be told that I must provide a copy of my passport. When I refused, my account was blocked. Strangely enough, I still am being billed by them despite my repeated emails asking them to remove my profile, remove my pictures, and cancel my membership. Do not use this app. They will also register you for multiple sites without your consent.

The idea is great. However it's completely fake! The company responded to report profiles, so to clarify the service is fake, the company, not the profiles. And if you don't buy the Gold membership then they will delete and block your profiles, not that it masters. Even if you pay for the personalized services..its completely fake, very sadly.

Terrible service. Auto renewal turn off feature has not been working. It has caused unnecessary payments and no one was able to help through the app. It says 24x7 chat service, but there were responses with delays sometimes 30mins/1hr/8hrs at times. I have screenshot to show the delays. Please be more responsible with the app and chat customer service. The pricing is also equally high and we expect to meet the expectations. Matches experience has been well, app experience is terrible.

I am rating the app here and not the content. User friendly app with good interface. All the basic functionality is smooth. However, there is still room for improvement. There are certain features/settings which cannot be changed via app and need computer access. Additionally, I find the messages/conversation section unnecessarily complicated to follow. Would be good to see some improvement there in terms of viewing the conversation threads. Thanks, Akash
