    I was hoping this would be a great exercise opportunity for me at a golden age, but alas, it's not. I have joint pain and degeneration from arthritis so can not do squats and most of the floor exercises in this app. I'd like to see an app that is truly designed for seniors that we can do with our creaky joints.

    Like it isn't timed so can go at own pace. Also like the repeated demo with a real person to ensure doing the exercise correctly. Lay out user friendly and right pace for seniors.

    These are great exercises, but not for seniors. I'm 41 with fibromyalgia and bad knees and I can't do most of these without causing pain and lots of crunching and popping in my joints. Just mis-advertised.

    The models are young and doing it too fast. One exercise says start with arms 'long' but the model had her arms bent. Where are the chair exercises, the towels? You lost me with the young demonstrators. I thought this was for older folks. Thumbs down.

    Loved this. I am 42 years and down with severe back pain and a 10 kg overweight. So this app is just perfect for me as I have not yet reached the part where my body hardly moves or I can not sit on floor. But this is absolutely not for senior citizens, they won't be able to do most of these exercises specially those people, who never did it earlier regularly and need to find an app to start. My suggestion, change the target people. Show this app to light workout for beginners.

    This is not even for fit seniors... we're all broken down a little somewhere, but I can't do but about two of these AT ALL. It's simply not for anyone other than the oh-so-elderly model!

    I'm a fit 67 year old who exercises daily but there's no way I could do the floor exercise or use weights above my head due to rotator cuff. Try more seated exercises than floor. They are just as effective. Here's a tip, use an older model to show the exercises. We don't need some young fitty to show us.

    I'm a senior lady and the last 2 exercises in particular are the hardest. I can't see many elderly and/or disabled people being able to do them. I'm disabled with chronic pain in my back, arms, shoulders and legs, in fact most of my body. I'll keep at it though, and edit my review in a week or so.
