This use to be a good app, until it started spamming ads so heavily it either locks up the program to a non ending supply of ads over and over without letting you into the actual program to connect your tv. Or if you do finally get to connect and get past all the land slide of ads thrown at you, it disconnects you after a short while from your tv where you repeat the whole cycle again. Switching to another screen share program without the spam i can actually use.

I downloaded this SPECIFICALLY because I need to use the Miracast protocol to screencast my Pixel 5 to a Sony Blu-ray device that does NOT support Google's proprietary Chromecast protocol. My prior Samsung phone has a SmartView equivalent of Pixel ScreenCast, and SmartView works FINE with the Sony via Miracast protocol. So, one would think that a Miracast app would work fine. NOPE. The Miracast app does not support Miracast protocols on a Pixel. It seems to only rely on what's built into the Android phone. So it does not give me any more value than the built-in Screen Cast -- and it adds advertisements. This is no use to me and poorly named.

I think it's a good app can use some improvement because when you are connected more than an hour it disconnects from the internet. I have to reset my Wi-Fi connection and then it works fine again. I can see this app has potential to be a great app.

Very easy to use. Mainly like to play a photo slide show with my iTunes music playing underneath. Connects quickly and automatically; controls very intuitive. Recommended to anyone needing a screen sharing program with a great degree of versatility.

All the app did when I selected "screen mirroring" was open the default android Cast menu, a menu easily found in settings. Considering the "screen mirroring" option is the only option that isn't settings/ad related I would say that this app is entirely, completely, and all around useless. Why does this even exist?

I was able to click on the app and start using almost immediately. I wasn't really able to go from one thing to the next with the ease I planned on. When I wanted to exit the app I couldn't find it. Also, the rating, share and volume buttons were it plain sight when I went to exit the app, not the at all the whole time I was using it. I mentioned the things I did so they can be fixed but, the app is a good one and I appreciate being able to use it...thank you!

I use this app with with a ScreenBeam Mini 2 to screen mirror my cell phone or tablet to the navigation in my truck. I bought an after-market adapter to allow me to use my stock Toyota Navigation head unit to watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. Makes the long, boring rides a little more tolerable. The 1st app I had used to screen mirror sucked. Always froze up.
