This is the official android based apps for online Reservation of seats in SBSTC buses. It is very user friendly and takes only a minute to book a seat. Step 1: Run the Apps in android phone or tab Step 2: Start type your journey source, the system will automatically prompt with the available stopages. Type and select your destination likewise. select your journey date and time. Press the Search Button Step 3: The system will display a list of available service based on your search criteria. Select your preferred service. Step 4: If you have not yet logged in just login with your existing online login credential. If you are a new user please signup. Note that, you may also use your apps login credential for online reservation using your desktop/laptop or even mobile browser(http://www.online.sbstcbooking.co.in) Step 5: Select your preferred seat, Blue stands for unreserved seats and grey stands for reserved seats, if you select, it will turn orange, Press on the confirm Button to proceed Step 6: confirm the travellers age and gender and proceed for payment. Step 7: on successful booking you may receive an SMS. you may also download the .pdf file of the ticket from Future Booking option by clicking on the ticket number. You may also cancel a ticket from future booking option as per cancellation policy. Terms & Conditions - Travellers willing to buy online tickets are advised to use a valid bank account to make the payment. - Online payment of Bus Fare and reservation charges can be made, using the following modes: • Net Banking. - Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro). - Credit Card. (VISA, Master, Maestro) - Traveller must login to the system, search for available services choose his/her preferred seats before making online payment. - After successful completion of the payment, the system will be redirected back to the South Bengal State Transport Corporation portal with payment status message. The page will also provide a link “Click Here” – on clicking the link traveller may take print out or can save the copy of ticket in .pdf format. - There is no need to pay any extra banking while making online payment. Refund / Cancellation Policy - Cancellation of ticket can be made at least two hours before the departure time of the service. - Cancellation charges per seat are as follows: • Before 48 hours of departure 20% - Between 48 hours and 6 hours 35% - Between 6 hours and 2 hours 50% - Normally, the refund amount will be credited to debited account within next 8 working days. - For any kind of queries you may write to [email protected] Product / Services - Purchase of tickets for Bus Services (operated by South Bengal State Transport Corporation) in selected routes/services. DON'T BOOK ONLINE!!! I booked two seats and made payment then when we reached at the bus stop we get to know that the bus we booked don't operate in that route anymore!!! Now we are stuck here. We reached 20 mins before and couldn't even cancel our booking cause it showed that the trip is completed somehow! Such scam app dude.

If there is an online service then there should be a genuine and authentic helpdesk. They have provided few numbers but one is dead and other? None pick it up. That email id also same, mail would be bounced. My balance got deducted, booking not done and payment not reversed. There's none one to take the complain or listen the issue. Bunch of idots are sitting there with no minimum sense.

doesn't work at all. it doesnt even allow me to sign in. the previous version was way more better, ot atleast allowed me to book a ticket. this version doesnt even allow me to see the timings. worst app ever...

Hell lot of problem to book bus ticket. Not even show ESPLANADE/KOLKATA bus terminal at the start of booking

This is indeed disappointing. Where is the option to download pdf tickets later on? Where is the option to cancel tickets? The old app was way better and simple with a lot of functionalities. Crude yet effective. This one is like a shiny new toy, looks good on the outside only. Just let me download the old app once again please. Modified: Rated 5 for the effort alone. Also plus 5 for the quick turnaround. I understand it's still in testing phase. Tickets are appearing as duplicate entries.

The latest version has quite a few problems.Please fix these. 1. While entering the Passenger Details, even if I change the Passenger Contact number to get the booking SMS to another number, the booking message always goes to the registered SMS. In the Booking PDF also the registered number gets printed and not the passenger number that was provided while booking. This doesn't make sense. 2. On the passenger details entry page, it is also very difficult to change the contact number (below the Registered Email ID field) to get the booking SMS(even if does not work, as said before). The Submit Button and the Policy Check Box go up to the middle of the page and overlaps with the Contact number field. This makes editing very difficult. The UI design is poor. 3. Even after the booking gets completed, the 8 mins countdown timer keeps on decreasing (what are we waiting for, I wonder.) and there is no back or home button from this page. If we want to book another ticket or check the booking details etc, we have to close the app and restart it again. This really looks like a naive coding practice and not at all user friendly. 4. The link to get the booking PDF on the booking completion page does not work. Well the small icons denoting the services provided in a bus looks cool. Thanks.

True,after updating to Android Pie,the app is opening,but as soon as I clicking on the " Enter Boarding Location" or " Enter Destination Location" the application closes on its own,then when again launched,it pops up an error "Server Error",with dismiss- which puts you back on the main page, and retry- crashes the application. Please work on the issue ASAP Edit:- Working fine now. Keep up the good work

Booking through this app is miserable now a days. No information been provided by them regarding cancellation of the bus and complaint option always showing error as 'server under maintenance'

You should improve a lot the "SBSTC online booking" app. 1. Dishergarh is not in the city list. 2. While searching bus from Purulia to Kolkata, Kolkata is not coming in the destination list. So Kolkata as destination, can't be booked. 3. There a lot of issues in payment page, you should carefully revisit all the issues. 4. Some times the app is down.
