My gear s2 was working flawlessly until this update. It will now no longer connect to my phone and keeps saying "gear plug in keeps stopping". I've done everything to fix it. Even called tech support who won't do anything unless I spend $70 to have them look at it. Tech support said they have many users calling. My suggestion is for everyone to call and complain to tech support. Maybe that might do something more than a review on here. I now have a high tech paperweight. Thanks Samsung!


It was good until today. I have a galaxy fit. Last night notifications didn't come to my watch. After i turned it off and on again, the numbers of vibration has changed. When i have a text, it's vibrating four times and it's stronger then before! It's really annoying. I don't want this much. One or two times is enough. Why did it change?


Am I missing something or did the most recent remove the ability to see how long it has been since your watch had a full charge? Now you're only able to see the the expected battery life you have left. Makes me wonder if it was done with the intent of making it more difficult to keep track of how long your battery is lasting. The worsening battery life since an update earlier in 2019 was complaint of mine and several others when rating the Samsung Health App in the Galaxy Store.


Great experience minus one major issue, I cannot use or access Samsung Pay on my Galaxy Watch Active. Looked up everything I could online and the only thing that some people could be the issue is that I have an international version of the watch and it's not allowing me to set up samsung pay through the wearable app because of it. Would like to be able to use this feature since it's one of the reasons I bought the device. Please fix this as I have had no other issues besides this.


Watch was working before update perfectly. Loved it. After update it kept giving an error. So I thought maybe it had an issue during download. Uninstall reinstall didn't help. Factory reset my watch and now it is stuck on setting up. After waiting overnight still setting up. So looking this morning and I see there is an issue with last update. How am I to know when the fix happens and how long are we to wait. Can't even use my watch as a watch now.


I love the app. The latest update deleted my fitness information. I had blood sugar information that was pretty important to me and now it's all gone. I can't find the app that I was using. It appears it's no longer available. No warning at all from Samsung. Free application even allowed me to print out my fitness records every week.


Every time there's an update it changes the settings on the watch. Takes a while to figure out how to correct the problems caused by the update. Can't get the watch face that I had initially. Watch face software spins for hours without showing options. Also don't like the cartoonish messages...makes it seem more like a child's toy


I can't get the watch to stop downloading the pictures from my phone. I delete a picture and then it download again!! I like the watch, but not crazy about controlling apps. Since the latest update the home menu on my phone had completely changed. I don't have the Health button any more. So can't get in to track my sleep, m stress, my food, my weight, etc.


This app is terrible, has crashed for the past 6 months on my Pixel 2. Reached out to the manufacturer numerous times and nothing. Still can't use my gear S3 except for time and as a paper weight. The manufacturer does not stand behind their product. I had mine fail 4 times in one year, I have had 4 NEW watches under warranty. Since I did not submit my warranty through Samsung, I went through Verizon, they would not let me switch it out for a new device, even though Verizon sent to Samsung.


Feedback to Developers Post latest update (11/22) : (1) Great UI overhaul. Good to see everything compact and available for easy access (2) Major concern is battery of the mobile device (S9 in this case) is draining at a very fast pace. On standby, I am loosing about 43% battery over 7 hours after a full charge. Please do fix this on priority.


I have used this app to connect my pixel 3 with my 42mm galaxy watch for over a year. With this new update the app doesn't allow me to connect the phone and watch. Keeps crashing. Drains both phone battery and watch. Tried to contact Samsung and they won't reply. Blame it on everything other than their app. Terrible service. Would think twice before using this service.


How has this not been fixed yet? For over a month after the update this app has not worked. Now if I have my Galaxy Watch out of airplane mode it will die in about 6 hours. I paid too much money and Samsung is too big of a company to just leave everyone hanging like this. Hope they get their act together or I might have to rethink my decision to purchase their new phone next year.


Since I updated my Pixel 2xl to Android 10 this wearable app ceased to work. Have been trying since then to figure out the issue. Read from another reviewer that by uninstalling the Samsung Pay plug-in the app would work perfectly. So I did, and now the app works as it should. This is a fix for me because I don't use Samsung pay, but not for those who like to use Samsung Pay. Hope this helps some.


I've been using this app for a long time pairing my s9 with my gear s2. For a short period of time the app messed up and ruined and made my phone glitch. So my watch was useless now. After a while I saw a notification that said there was an update. This update changed everything and im satified again. Thank you so much Samsung because without this app, my watch is useless and that is hundreds of dollars down the drain. The app is better now so use it and keep it upgraded to the newest level.


Install and 🧱. Absolutely the greatest app if you want to brick your pixel 3. This shows how little testing Google is doing on apps. This app shuts down the system UI. I've installed and uninstalled several times over the last couple of months. Every time I try, I live with a painful experience until I can rid all the bloated elements of Samsung. Throwing out my frontier watch and never going with Samsung again.


Worked and works very well on my S10+ and OnePlus 7 Pro, everything is easily accessible, pairing to my GWA2 was very quick, only thing bothering me is the sometimes inconsistent Spotify, for example one thing this app usually does is that I have Spotify open, then I put my phone in my pocket, check the track and see it says "Bluetooth Disconnected" even though it's on and connected. Plus it sometimes opens 2 instances of Spotify, the second one being called "Watch Active 2 plugin".


Great product with one exception.. the watch face doesn't rotate. Wearing this on my left wrist, the buttons occasionally get hit and jumps into apps/contacts, etc. If I could rotate the watch, that problem would be gone. And please, don't ask me to wear it on my right wrist (shudder). Other than that, love it a lot.


So I left a bad review then my gear 2 finally paired again after I used a pop up blocker to stop, "the gear plugins s keeps stopping" notification from popping up. The developer got back to me immediately the next day. Told me not to worry and actually my watch started working magically. I was doing all the same things to pair my s9 with my s2. I'm so pleased with my gear 2. I hope it never stops working. I had a great day today thanks to my charming watch. Sorry I freaked out. Thanks


My only concern is that my gear S3 frontier was working flawlessly and perfectly, but one fine day my Wake-up gesture stopped working, I tried to make it work by restarting the device, reducing memory even so that I factory resettled the watch but till this day its not working. Please look into this or tell me how to resolve this issue. Bundle of Thanks.


The app does everything it is meant to do and does so fantastically well. I'm always a bit disappointed that it doesn't do "more", though. There have been many times where I want to do something with my watch and I think "oh, I bet I can just do that in the wearable app" only to realize that I actually can't.


Good app. Gps worked with a detail walk google map given while walking., But accessible on mobilephone which must be taken along on walk or hike with location turned on.But not everywhere detail route given. But previous trends were deleated when device was uninstalled. I love it as my paces are recorded. It makes me active. Does bluetooth increase home router wifi to body at home. It seems it does. So at home I do not wear it. Is the pulse rate result genuinely of our pulse rate.


After updating to latest version on my oneplus 7T (Android 10), the battery started to drain very quickly. Yes, i confirm when i checked the battery status with "Detailed usage", only this Samsung Accessory Service" consumed nearly 60% as usage leading to quick battery drainage, can this be rectified quickly ? I am currently using samsung galaxy watchn (SM-R800), before update happened on 19th Nov, it was stable., however, post update, quick battery drainage. Can this be solved ASAP ?


After the update my watch is not connect to the phone. Even worse after I reset, because it can't set up due to connection error. I allowed all the necessary permissions to help it run, but it is still not working. Plug in also constantly crashes, closes and restarts. Please fix it. Thanks.


Downloaded the new update, is now asking for SMS and call log. I am only using the app for the Galaxy earbuds. The app will not work unless you give permission to everything. There should be an option to not allow SMS and call log. The earbus were working fine without these permissions, they don't use them, why do I need to allow this? Please fix.


Hey Samsung, I own a Galaxy watch and after the Android 10 update, this Gear app just wouldn't open. When launched, it just shows the home screen and freezes and then closes the app. It's been more than a month now that I'm unable to use the app. I've currently put the watch to the Airplane mode as it otherwise consumes great battery which will run out to in few hours from 100% charge! Kindly fix this ASAP 🙏


Battery drain on the phone is around 22% on an average. Thats HUGE! My 4000 mAH battery now barely lasts half a day. What the heck, Samsung? It all started with the recent plugin patch... UPDATED REVIEW. Well, the new plugin patch definitely has toned down the battery gouging. Better QC before you shoot the next update then, Samsung?


Just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Fit, device is paired with my Samsung note 8 and works fine connected to the phone. When I try to download apps from the Samsung store, it says I'm not connected and then stops the download. after several attempts removing the app and clearing the cache and data still nothing is working. Let's get this fixed! I'll return the watch and get the Garmin.


I've used my Gear S2 for over a year and love it. The latest update keeps crashing and won't even set up the watch or connect the watch to my phone. I've uninstalled the app and reset all settings on my watch and phone... still won't work. Now I've lost every watch face I've paid for and have a nonworking watch. Please fix the app.


Update: Rated 4 Stars for Rate Repply and because Honestly I should br evaluating the Application and not external issues. The answer did not help. My Device does not have such menu / option. My GearFit will reset completely whenever I reset my phone to factory defaults / uninstall the wear application. That means: reinstall the stuff in my watch as well, and so all the data and configuration. I have a couple more issues (limitations), I will send an email to support instead.


This is useless. what is the purpose of the find my watch if you can't find your watch without it being connected to the bluetooth. IT'S LOST HOW WOULD IT BE CONNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH? So basically you can only find you watch if you lose it close by... makes no sense also the only thing available if the watch is not connected is face... really... that's all you guys could come up with.... I'm thinking of returning this watch waste of time...


Abusive practice to force giving contacts, sms, and other permissions instead of just asking them when the feature is used. If you don't give even one premission requested the program just exits. The plugins (e.g. Galaxy Buds) ask for even more permissions (calendar, call log etc) and also exit if anything is denied. Compared with Sony's app for the MX3 headphones this is a joke. "Developer's response" is just a canned answer not answering anything.


I upgrade to Android 10 and find out Samsung hasn't updated there app for it. Watch battery use to last 2.5 days, now I'm lucky to get 8 hours. The app is entirely unresponsive for the whole 5 seconds it's open before force closing. This has been going on since September! Get it together soon Samsung or I'm through with your products.


Why can I not choose which music to sync to the watch? It seems to be 'everything or nothing'. Like, I don't want the 30 hours of ambient sleep noise to sync to my watch. Nor a 10 hour audiobook. I just want to choose the music directory for my workouts. Also super ugly app and the store is a UX nightmare. This is exactly why I will never buy a Samsung phone.


When I downloaded the last update. It started using the battery life quicker. Most of the day I have to keep it on the power saving screen which makes the clock time so much smaller. If I didn't keep it on the power saving mode I would have to charge my wearable at least 2 times a day. Before this update I could go every other day before having to charge it. I work on a computer every day so it turns on the face a lot. I liked it better when I had to press the button to show my screen


After an update a week ago bluetooth keeps disconnecting when I move from one room to another. I primarily purchased the watch to make emergency calls if I have a fall, this feature is now useless. I've reset my watch so the next step is to do a hard reboot, other than that I'm not sure


Got the Buds few months back. Recently I realised that my right ear bud is losing power/charge way faster than the left, even though the usage for the ears is identical in terms of touch pads. While the left one stays charged for almost 7 days, right one discharges in 3 to 4 days. No physical damage. Any help/suggestions? Updating the software didn't help either.


Stopped working. My galaxy fit says it is no longer connected to the app or phone, but my phone says it is. Lost location on my watch even though it is connected. My app just crashes every time I enter it. Stopped counting steps on phone. Don't know how to fix the problems. The problems are still happening after uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them. Getting tired of it now.


First smart watch ever. I am in love with it. You can do anything with it. From measuring your footsteps and health stuff to looking at your stress levels. This in itself is worth the money but you can also use it for alarms, check the time (obviously) and other cool nick-nack applications. I've only just begun to use it to it's full potential. A+ Samsung. A+.


No volume control for earbuds. The only way to increase the volume of the earbuds is through the earbuds itself. Of course, one can turn on media volume sync, but I connect to other Bluetooth speakers that I don't like having media volume sync. There should be an option for increasing the earbuds volume in the Galaxy app.


Wake up Samsung, this update is not working for many users. My S2 watch now will not connect! Flashes up Gear Plug in has stopped & this is after allowing all permissions, de & re-install of software, factory reset of watch now means watch is useless as isn't able to load ANY data. Do you insist we all upgrade now, I do not think I will because clearly you are ignoring the cries of help from your loyal followers. Please update this software correctly.


My Gear S2 had been working fine with my Note 8 for months until I recently updated the Gear app. To which it now states that the Gear S Plugin is no longer compatible with my device. Trying to pair my S2 with my Note 8 only gives me a recurring error of 'Gear S 2 plugin keeps stopping'. Not entirely sure why an update would cause this but my watch has now become a paper weight. When until just recently before updating this app, it paired and operated without flaw.


11/27/19 had this for months now, Keeps crashing during sessions despite numerous updates & now since last update it does not change watch face from galaxy store... And now it doesn't show how much memory is left on watch, I need to know this when installing faces/apps just paid for one and couldn't install it due to memory issues I can't see NOW!!!


Unable to manage my notifications. I can connect the watch and my phone (Pixel 2) with ease, but I am unable to receive ANY notifications on the watch. I can make calls perfectly fine but nothing else. Whenever I try to manage my notifications via the app, it does nothing, can't even open the menu to turn on various settings. Fix this App Samsung, it's sucks beyond belief.


I've been using the Gear S3 Classic and it's always worked OK but somehow my watch got reset and it reconnects just fine but when I get to the screen that says "Congrats on your new Gear S3", when I click "Agree", NOTHING HAPPENS. I tried reinstalling and everything and making sure all permissions are selected. Nothing works and I'm ready to get rid of it. I need it for workouts and day to day stuff


This app and the S3 are currently broken. Disconnects happen constantly, the watch itself is only lasting about 6hrs after latest update (still estimates over 19 hours after a full charge) and the app constantly freezes. Not that using the app is useful anyways since all Samsung plugs is ads anyways... Gear plug-in app is also equally as trash and I don't see Samsung diverting any attention to these products since they have newer models out.


With the update that happened a couple of days ago. You changed a setting. I know that my phone is on a "Do not disturb" calendar. And I know that when my phone is in DND mode, so is my watch. But why do I need a notification, that I can not turn off, telling me that my watch is in DND mode. I already know it is, and do not need two notifications telling me, my devices are in DND mode.


I have a gear s2 the new update had my smartwatch not connecting to my note 8 and the app kept crashing. I call Samsung and they tried but couldn't find out what the problem was until I went to a Samsung store and they said my watch was out dated. I had to end up buying a galaxy watch 46mm. It sucks that I was force into having to buy a new watch just to get everything working again. Samsung when you'll have nee updates please make sure it compatible with all Samsung smartwatches.


The app gets 1 star because it still hasn't been updated to work with the latest version of Android. The betas for Android Q first came out months ago, Samsung has no desire to support the newest operating system, making the watches that attach to it effectively worthless and will only tell time.


Appears to be accurate assessment of activities and syncs well with Galaxy Watch. Keeps a good record of activity, exercises and trends. Location and mapping, distances etc is good. So you do not need a bicycle computer to summarise a ride. Does not give second by second info like a computer would though. Not all workouts on phone, eg Table Tennis, can be found on Watch. It is not practical to have phone on you for this, especially when you are already wearing the Galaxy Watch.


Downloaded all of the plug ins, watch still doesn't work on Pixel 3. What a joke. Had it for a year, (since Samsung neglected to make it clear that it would "work" with any device, just not numbershare, the whole point of a watch). Anyway, STILL doesn't work. Pathetic.


They just keep adding dumber and dumber $hit and making it harder and harder to navigate through to actually find what you are looking for. Like all other Samsung apps completely useless for anything other than adds and marketing tools tracking and selling your information. Would love for Samsung to give me my money back seeing how this is no longer the product I had originally purchased after all the recent updates. Save your self the trouble and just get an apple watch


My galaxy buds was my worst experience with Samsung. The one hearing me hear the noise more than my voice... went to service center and they said there will be an update for Galaxy wearable soon and it will fix the issue.. even after updating the noise stays..... even though the service center know the issue they just end it with it works fine..... never gonna buy any samsung devices again...


It's ok and let's you see what you can get for watch, but have had it where had to repair my Active 2. Also app logs you out of account and gives option to use Google signin but won't let you so why offer this option. Also a lot of required information and acceptance needed (more than Huawei watches) especially if running on non Samsung phone.


I've got a problem. Not a biggie but there is no widgets for this app. I've got galaxy buds, and I want to check the battery but there's no widget so every time I need to go on the app. It's not too much of a problem that why is till made it 5 stars but thank you anyways in advance.


**Update ** I downloaded the hotfix update and everything works now as it should. Thank you for your help. This latest version made my S2 Classic unusable and consistently crashed my Note8. It burns thru battery life trying to connect, continually asks for permissions it already has and informs me the app has stopped working.


Just updated this morning and now it won't connect to my watch at all. Is saying the Gear S plug in keeps crashing. Since android turned off notification sound on the phone when a Bluetooth audio device is connected this is the only way I know when I get a notification. This really needs to be fixed.


Watch is only counting about 2/3 of my steps after recent update. I've actually counted my steps from the parking lot at over 600 steps. Watch only recorded about 400. My round trip trek downstairs to the cafe is 2 flights down and 2 back up and nearly 1000 steps. Watch recorded 1 flight of stairs and about 600 steps. Seems every update that something gets screwed up. Was going to buy this watch for a present but will probably get the apple watch


Crashes repeatedly will not function properly. On pixel3 for the last month or more this app is junk and is the only way to interact with my GearS and IconX earbuds. Both of which are expensive and quite nice and I used to use every day. Please update, Samsung so I your devices can function properly again it's infuriating.


Love this app. The only thing I would change to get a 5 star rating is adding a headache migraine tracker where notes could be added into it (where is the headache or migraine centered at, what symptoms (auras, light sensitivity, nausea, etc); such as which med taken, results of med, was the next step taken on med protocol, what the weather was, etc.


I have a Galaxy watch active. As soon as I updated to Android 10 my watch stopped syncing and it's battery would die in a day. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Edit: the watch is working now no thanks to Samsung. if your watch is experiencing the same problem I suggest going to settings typing in Samsung and uninstalling Samsung pay. I am leaving this review is a one-star because Samsung was of no use and it is still broken for many people and they are not helping.


Please fix this for Google pixel... Doesn't work at all. Even when it did, it didn't connect to network with Verizon. Very disappointed. Update: Gave it a couple weeks. Still the same story... I guess I'll sell this watch and get something else. Just a shame


Ever since the update the Galaxy earbuds won't connect when I opened the case, It doesn't seem when I open the lid of the earbuds the is no notification to let me know that it's connected automatically so now I have to connect it manually and sometimes for the Bluetooth and won't even see it so I have the memory turn it on it's been a big problem since the last update I have tried everything from resetting my phone to factory setting to uninstall the app in resetting the earbuds that did not fix


It needs a lot of improvement. There is more important stuff that could be done on it. For instance, people should be able to add stuff straight from the app. Like, important stuff and all. I hope I come back with a better review. Other than that, the watch is amazing. I am in ❤️. The app just need some help to make the watch better.


lost my watch, but the app can't find it because I'm not connected to the device... The app should really remember the last place the watch was connected. Why do you need to install a million apps to get your watch working to it's full extent... Please merge the service, Samsung pay, watch plugin etc... This sort of lack of polish diminishes from the experience


I like it I had iPhone and an apple watch and i switched to the note 9 and galaxy watch. It is a great start up and one day will have all the selection of apple. Android is better in every way because they are willing to help their customers and android has customization to make it your own vs apple is all the same.


I recently upgraded from Samsung 8 to a Note 10 with my sports 2 gear watch. Never had issues with connecting on the 8 but it will not connect on the 10. I have reset my watch, uninstall all apps and still can't get it to connect. The app keeps shutting down. Any help or suggestions would be great cause I need my watch!


Absolutely love the watch. It works well, battery lasts despite of what others may say. But let's be reasonable, battery will last if it's used to text or listen to music or use it for other things. I wear it all day for tracking my health and workouts and by the end of the night I still have 30% battery. Great gear thanks.


Not working as it should anymore, since the last update, when DND is On on my phone, but NOT on the watch, I don't get notified (no vibration and pop up) on message arrival (WhatsApp for example). This defeats the purpose (one of) of the watch. To get silently notified without my phone buzzing and ringing. Supposedly worked ok on v.2.2.05.19032251 ...


Update demands access to Contacts to run. Privacy invasion required to use your Gear Fit 2. Samsung says that I need to share contacts to use the app fully. Not to be used fully by me for the intended purpose. My contacts have nothing to do with monitoring my personal health and fitness. Give the user the option to share contacts or not.


Those who are facing watch active 2 battery problems, Android 10 connectivity issue plz follow these steps: *First reset ur watch *Uninstall the following apps from ur mobile: Galaxy wearable, Watch active 2 plugin, Samsung accessory service, Samsung pay and Samsung health.( U will find those app in app list) *Install again Galaxy wearable app and apps that it prompts to install. Don't install Samsung pay app. *Now try to connect ur watch. Hope It will solve ur battery drain & connectivity issue


Every time I open the app it crashes. I don't get notifications on my watch anymore, even when connected through Bluetooth to my Google pixel 2. I try to open the app to make sure my notifications are set correctly, since they aren't anymore. I can't correct it. Basically I have a really expensive watch to count my steps. 🙄


When will the app be updated correctly to fix issues with Android 10? The app crashes, consumes a lot of power since the last update and is virtually unusable on pixel 2XL. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling which seems to have made matters more worse. Waited patiently for a few months, but don't see any fix in place or communication when it will be fixed. I see a lot of users have posted issues in the experience, but no resolution in place.


Still they couldn't find a solution for the samsung ear buds ,terrible call sound quality , no one can hear us clearly when using them to talk during a phone call , always I'm forced to go back and talk by the handset for people on the other side can understand what I'm saying , if any instructions or comment from samsung company , plz contact me through the email linked to my google account , The struggle is real !!!!


My past experience with wearable digital watches that connect through Bluetooth (🍎) was not very positive but I am so relieved that I actually pulled the trigger and it got myself a Galaxy watch. I am very happy can't live without it. As a professional driver I cannot be on my phone but just being able to glance down at my watch once in a while just as if I was looking at the time gives me peace of mind when dealing with my family some a distance.


Contacts drains battery and I can't get any response from you all. For over a week now, the contacts app, which I can't uninstall, has been responsible for 89% of the battery drain on my watch. I don't use it. I can't find it not in relation to this app so I contacted you. Crickets. I am almost at the point where I have to charge this daily because it is just getting worse. I have rebooted to no avail. I used to love this watch/app, now I'm beginning to hate it.


It worked before, but just 2 fays ago the app started messing up and not letting me change touch pad settings for my Galaxy buds. I deleted and downloaded the app and the add on for the buds. And now i can't get past the "congratulations on your new Galaxy buds" screen. It keeps refreshing back to that screen... :( Help!


Until the Android 10 update, this app worked beautifully. However, since the update 2 days ago, my watch battery drains in a few hours, I keep getting error messages regarding the Samsung pay aspect of the app ( which I do not use ), and any time I open the app on my Google Pixel 3XL, it freezes and crashes. Please fix whatever bug is messing with the app. I love my Galaxy S3 Frontier, but if this continues, I will get rid of it and go to something else.


Stuck in a never ending loop of setting permissions for my new samsung buds i just got tonight. Won't let me adjust volume to where i can actually hear music in a quiet environment. Idk where the bug is at in your software, but I'd really like to be able to use my buds i just paid 130 dollars for before i go return them😒


Everytime my pixel 4xl gets turned off and then turned back on, my galaxy watch active2 no longer receives notifications and the only fix is to factory reset my watch and uninstall/reinstall galaxy wearable. It's very frustrating. Also I can't seem to find a way to see my texts from Google messages app on my watch.


My Samsung Galaxy Fit has run perfectly all this time, but after the latest Smartband software update (the addition of the music controller feature), and the latest Galaxy Wearable software update, it started happening on my Galaxy Fit, which is the screen often suddenly turns off and does not respond when receiving. notifications, especially Whatsapp notifications. The smartphone that I use is Note 9 and A50, I've tried pairing alternately with both, but the problem persists, how do I fix this?


I loved the app until the latest update. They removed the notification setting for missed calls. Now even though I have a spam called app the avoid the spam calls, I get an alert on my watch that I missed a call. I don't know why they decided to remove this feature.


For the last few days my galaxy fit e has not been receiving notifications, and when I try to open the wearable app it either claims my watch isn't connected or hangs while trying to update the battery infromation. An update or fix would be much appreciated, otherwise my watch is not doing what it should be!


Like all the other one star reviews lately, since new update my phone o longer connects to my watch. I've disconnected, reconnected, reinstalled, everything and although it says they are connected I no longer get calls, texts or notifications. Very frustrating as it was working amazing before.


Was a good working app and loved it until the last update and now my battery is constantly wearing down quickly and it gives me an error and wont connect. I tried the factory reset and now i cant get I can get it to work at all. Very disappointed for a product I loved so much.


My gear S2 was able to connect to my phone yesterday! It's working great now but this morning there is another update and I'm worried it will disconnect from my phone again! I will put off the update if I can! Thank you for getting the app to work with my phone again!


in galaxy s4 i installed samsung health latest update, and galaxy wearable the latest version, my galaxy fit connects to wearable only to show the battery %age, thats also every when i reinstall wearable app and pair it again and again, it doesnt sync steps data, water intake, excercises or other to samsung health. always showing a notification uptop " update samsung health"


it worked with my galaxy watch just fine then i reset my phone and now it says i dont have enough memory (ram) to connect even though i do, i dont understand, if it was working just a few days ago with no problem why is it now saying i dont have enough memory. edit: it works again!


Since this last update, my watch isn't acting right. Especially, taking longer to change. Not only that, right now, it isn't changing at all. What did you do to my watch? Break it down early on purpose so that I have to replace it? Ughhhhhh. You need to fix it. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.


I'm using this app with Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Buds. For the Galaxy Buds it's all good, for the Galaxy Fit developer recently added more Watch Faces, but still on the main Face it's impossible to see battery life left. It's very inconvenient. Please add it to the menu list or at least make it appear on the the screen when battery is low. Thank you


App and Samsung Galaxy Watch Active have been practically useless since upgrading my Pixel 3 XL to Android 10. App keeps crashing. And my watch no longer gets notifications. Also the app keeps restarting and drains my phone battery as well as the watch battery. Please fix this. It's been over a month now!


Ya kinda need this app if you have the Samsung Galaxy Watch, (any of the variants) that said, it works in parallel with the watch perfectly. Let's just say this, there are NO BETTER phones than any of the Samsung Galaxy variants and the Android Oper. System/Tizen(watches). Apple people don't know what they are missing...get rid of that Apple and get a Samsung wearable and phone!!


So far, so good. I'm still getting used to the watch and the app so am reserving a "5-star" rating for after I've had more experience with both. I do enjoy being able to select a different watch face based on the season or my mood/preference.

Even if only in something that's perhaps trivial in comparison (cross-platform apps). Samsung Galaxy S9+, not connecting to my Samsung Galaxy Watch anymore. Reboot it both, tried several times, not conneting anymore. I'm able to connect the phone to my headphones. So, nothing wrong with bluetooth. My impression is that today update is with bugs. 16/11/2018


I wish the app showed the info that's on your watch. ie sleep performance, steps, calories burned etc. I switched from Fitbit and loved that I could get into the Fitbit app and see these precise things in the app bc if you didn't catch it before the new day starts on the Samsung watch you can never know.


Updated this app at the same time I was setting up my new S9. Whereas before I received opened messages on my watch both text and messenger., I now just get a notification that I have a message b but have no way of opening it. Would love some advice on this. Also cannot find a way to add email notifications to my watch.


I'm giving one star because I cannot give O! I purchased galaxy active watch 2 on 11/15/19 i've tried several times to connect my watch and phone , I am not a receiving any notifications I've given permission to all apps. And still no notifications to my phone in real time. I've called Samsung they had me reset my settings, phone and watch and also the app. It'll work for a test notification then nothing after that . I've repeated these steps over and over. Just a watch at this point.Will return


I have the gear 2 and I have had it about 6 years and wear it every day. Now the battery is starting to drain but it's been 6 years, id say that is pretty dang good. love the watch! Hope to upgrade to the new rose gold one since they went back to the smaller face... HATED the huge watch face in the other versions


When my Gear 1st edition (SM-V700) will connect to the app it works great. But most of the time I get a connecting pop up and it never connects. If it does connect to the app it will randomly disconnect. But the weird thing is the watch never disconnects from the Bluetooth. I wish Samsung would fix this. Also when connected I go to the app store and there is only like 20 apps for my SM-V700. There used to be hundreds. I wonder what happened? I'm running Android 9 on a Samsung phone.


After the update my galaxy buds have not been working properly. They have extremely low volume even on max. It's so low that when I max it the audio starts to go bad. I've done everything to fix them. I changed them to touchpad volume, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I reset the app, I unpaired it from my phone and repaired it, I even restarted my phone multiple times. I even contacted Samsung support and they said they did everything they could but I still have the problem. Please help.
