Pretty good, but could be better. I installed the app for my new Galaxy earbuds. Would be great if it had a true equalizer instead of just an option to select presets. The most annoying thing by far is that the ambient sound setting gets turned off everytime I remove the buds from my ears. I use them at work, so even though I can hear a person who is talking to me while they are still in, I remove them so as not to be rude. The amibent sound setting should have a checkbox option for "always on".

Having multiple devices... galaxy fit and active watch 2, even if "connect the device that I wear" is selected, it does not change between them. Not to say that the watch or fitness band are not able to show the same data: if I sleep with the band, I can't see my sleep phases on the watch, although both feed info in the same app but it seems that it's done one way only. Fitness: there is no way to add an exercise and choose between time and reps. You are stuck to time... awful. Hope this helps.

I have the watch active. The watch is great, the app for set up and faces is good. However, I bought it more for the active side of it. The app doesn't give you any of it. It's just on the watch and settings. So seeing a day view is ok but getting on overall picture of your week should be better and nothing longer than that. There isnt that many apps that work from the watch. I do like the watch especially interchangeable faces but I wish I had chosen a brand specifically for fitness now.

Very good, however the find my phone function is bugged for me. I have a Moto G 5S Plus, and when I open the find my phone it performs it's functionality: making my phone make loud noises. The problem is that the watch (Galaxy Watch Active) doesn't recognize that find my phone is on; I have no way to turn it off. I end up having to turn off my phone completely in order to get it to stop playing the loud noises.

I recently upgraded from the Gear 2 to the Active 2. The Gear 2 has a face(blue wavy one) that you could change it to whatever image you wanted on top of the image would display the time, date, and steps. I loved that face it filled all my wants/needs. With the Active 2 I have yet to find a similar face, which seems like a basic watch face. In all fairness they have upgraded so you can change colors and features. I'm a little upset that when I upgraded I lost my favorite watch face.

When the app is actually able to connect to your watch, then it works fairly well. Problem is connecting the two. It worked for 2 days, then stopped connecting. I have tried EVERYTHING and this is the 2nd watch I have had this problem with. In 2018 I had a Gear Sport, using a Samsung phone, having the same issue after about a week. This time it's the Galaxy 46mm with a Google phone. At this point, I am just going to return the watch and stick with Fitbit, their items are less aggravating to use

Awesome, integration with my Note 10 plus. I originally had a Samsung Note 3 and the original Gear watch. They worked well together. Overt the years I got away from Samsung and had 5 different watches. They were so frustrating to just perform the basic text and email notifications. Now after many years I'm back and the integration is outstanding. The watch is very fast add well.

I've tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling. Going back to factory on the watch. Playing with Battery Optimization Settings. Done it all. My watch still disconnects from the Bluetooth multiple times an hour. I wasn't having this issue until the update. Now essentially my watch sits on my desk. I don't wear it, I don't use it. $300 completely wasted. Thanks Samsung. BTW I'm using a Galaxy S9 phone... just incase you were thinking phone/watch incompatibility.. I mean you'd think Samsung would make a watch that AT LEAST works on their own phones... Don't buy this watch or get the software unless your 100% sure it will work.. and even then.. they may update the app and ruin it for you anyways.. like they did to me.

Does not work well at all for messaging. If you don't see and reply to a text message immediately then it is gone forever on the watch. You cannot access old messages on the watch because there is no messaging icon. U must get your phone for that. This defeats the convenience of messaging w the watch. Some of the watches best characteristics are hindered with the Pixel 3 phone which is not what should be expected from a watch of this caliber. Is there a work around for this messaging problem?

Not the first to complain about power draining from the Galaxy Watch. There are file transfers constantly between my phone and the watch. Can see the tiny icon going on and off by the time at top left corner of my phone. I found the icon in my app list and uninstalled. Oops. Now my watch won't connect to my phone. Can't find it to reinstall. The icon matches the SASystem provitions app still on my phone. The watch is useless to me if it drains a full charge within 8 hours. Did have 3 days.
