    Stole this review because it is exactly what I would say... FIX THIS! I got a new phone, Samsung galaxy s20 and have been trying to pair my galaxy active watch for a week now. They will not pair whatsoever. I've done a hard reset to the watch and removed from my previous phone. Had I known I would have had this much trouble transferring to a newer phone, I never would have uninstalled. Now my watch is basically useless. 🙄👎🏾😝😡 FIX ASAP PLEASE

    All of a sudden my Galaxy Tab A device is not compatible. The app doesn't even appear in the Play Store when I search for it. All that comes up is a link to a web page, which, when I click on it, tells me my device is not compatible. This app update is rubbish and needs to be fixed asap.

    Samsung does not require access to my contacts and calendar for EarBuds. I can't install or update my software without it? Really? Optional access with a disclaimer that features of your device will not work properly is sufficient. I'd return these buds but it's already too late.

    Samsung, Google, what you are doing?? This update shows as *Incompatible* with my Galaxy S21 Ultra and with my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic! All of my android devices are incompatible with this update except the android music player device (Shanling M3X).

    I successfully paired my Samsung gear 2 with five different phones using Galaxy wearable. Now, it suddenly won't pair. I can't help but think it's the app, because every time it fails to pair - I have two options: close app or contact us. When I tap contact us, the whole app closes. I never get the opportunity to contact support. I don't know what changed in this app, but I'm deeply disappointed to not be able to use my watch with my phone any longer, after using it successfully for so long. :(

    Disastrous. I had a Samsung 3 which worked perfect. My phone only wants to connect to three and whilst it gets as far as to give you a number to match. From there on it just grinds away for an hour. I cannot even go back without u installing the app completely. Tomorrow I have to go and buy a watch. My friend that I sold the 3 to does not want to sell it back

    I really enjoy my watch. Love it's use to keep track of health and wellness. My wife lives that I use the vibration setting as an alarm clock so it doesn't wake her. It can already tell when I'm awake or asleep, how about being able to set it to remind me of something as soon as I'm awake? Like, check to see if it snowed, or make sure the wood stove is stocked, or brush your teeth (for the kids, I swear). Just a thought.

    There was an update to this app on my Galaxy S9 this morning. Ever since I applied the update my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 classic stopped connecting to the phone. With Sansung support consultation we have tried: 1. Reinstalling the wearable app 2. Restarting the phone 3. Restarting the watch 4.Resetting the Watch to factory settings 5. Screen sharing with Samsung Support But all in vain. Nothing helps. Now the watch is at factory settings and I cannot do anything about this. Disappointing.

    I can no longer see the percentage ratings for each individual ear bud - before it clearly showed how much charge was in each, and it was easy to see if one was not charging correctly. Also, the app displays that information in very small print now with no colour, so hard for those like me with poor eyesight. Please change it back!

    My galaxy watch will not connect to my note 20 ultra. I reset my watch, and uninstalled the gear watch app and plugin. Reinstalled everything fresh & it STILL will not connect. It's stuck on "Check your phone to complete set up." I even turned wifi off because someone on YouTube said that fixed the problem. NOPE! Not anymore at least. They just released galaxy watch 4, and my original wear watch BREAKS!?! Hmmmm, something doesn't feel right. This is messed up. I won't buy another one! I'm DONE!
