Despite offering lower fare than Angkas, the drivers have caused too much incovenience to me. Instead of my usual travel time of 20 minutes, it took me an hour to arrive in my work place. This happened twice. One time, we had to do a round trip because the rider doesn't know where to go. Seriously? The app also loads too slow and often crashes. If this poor service will continue, I's rather stick with using a more reliable service app.

I think the app could have a more appealing look, because right now it looks like it's not even really official, but overall experience is same as Angkas (before its trash update). I don't understand why I can't find PUP sta. Mesa in the selection tho. So please add more locations.

me and my partner experienced that when we book it will still shows that it's trying to find the driver no confirmation that something was booked but I will just noticed that someone was trying to reach out for the booking. I'm concern with the driver who went to the place but ended up cancelling it because on the customer's view nothing has been booked. please fix your app

The driver that I met very professional. Kuya Ron Edward Mangabat is really nice and very accomodating. I woulf recommend him to anyone. I had a smooth ride. Cons: The app should improve its mapping. I can't view it because it shows a blank page.

app too slow. there's only at least 20% chance that i can successfully book a rider and the rest 0%. cant even plaxe an exact pin point or address to locate. Riders are sometimes not carefull in driving and most riders are not that well versed with following waze or google maps

App stuck on the same ride I took last week and so I can't request new ones. Can't contact customer support through app. The same ride appears even when I uninstall and reinstall the app.

Good start, but we also need to improve the mapping or location system, try syncing your map with Google maps or use Google maps as your source of location since some destinations/landmarks can't be found on your app.

Way way cheaper than angkas. Not so reliable when raining. The credit card functionality never works. Will change to 5 stars once updated.

Booking was successful but then suddenly the app crashes and I can no longer open it. Note that it is my first time using the app.
