Very average speed and the use of search is difficult. Understanding it is meant to be an on the go app but needs more features that the desktop site has. Also when in desktop mode for searching say expired listings its automatically goes to app have tried settings and no luck. I do like how it is crystal clear to view in terms of text pictures and the format is awesome

EDIT: July 2021 still bad. Filters to limit by region or price regularly fail to work (ex Wellington results open appear for Waikato). Can be frustrating to use, features vary compared to the website. Spent time listing an item only to get an error on the last page saying the category was rejected, but no way to update when going back and drafts of the listing don't carry over to the website. No way to easily report bugs from inside the app.

It used to be an excellent app but now unfortunately, it's getting worse. The menu has moved down which is not really handy AND now the payments never ask for a password, which makes it insecure and obviously makes me think again whether or not I use this app. I believe the developers should have thought about it. The updated version is very unstable.

It's been over 5 months that I've been unable to use afterpay on trademe. I've contacted them and things are still not sorted. 1 star review because of this.
