Fantastic service let down by some oversights on the mobile app. An example is not caching state for the playlists. The "download for offline" feature is great (when the download works) and playlists are for keeping track of and organizing books. But we can't access our books through our organized playlists because they don't exist on the mobile app when you are offline.

Learning on the go and access to tonnes of expert playlists, videos and labs keeps me constantly leveling up! After enough googling you eventually want deep dives and O'Reilly is where the wild things are. Money well spent!

Very unstable. Most of the time app does not work. Not sure it's problem with the app or the server. Emailed multiple times to the support without any resolution. BTW in terms of resource I am quite satisfied but should work on the software.

So sad and frustrating that this great and premium learning resource has a completely non-functional app. 2 versions ago, it would not download the content correctly on my phone. In the last version, it would not allow me to sign in. This problem continues in the latest updated version. If this goes on, I think in the next version the entire app won't open. What are you charging your premium customers for?! Please fix basic sign-in and rendering issues first!

Not able to sign-in through Google or LinkedIn... It is a very basic feature which renders this app useless.

This is a mixed bag. The amount of content is fantastic. No other platform can match the quality and quantity of content. Unfortunately, it is all hampered by the flakey app and poor navigation. The app is slow, frequently crashes and features like the download ability are often unusable. The navigation also needs a serious overhaul.

The more I use the app, the more I wish my other epubs would work in this reader. The combination of features i great! My only complaint would be some of the search and discover inconsistencies. Other than that, I can't think of enough good stuff to say about it!

The content is great, but the navigation is clunky as are the menus. The most frustrating part though is the "preview" of the read customizations. It is not indicative of how the page will render, especially the contrast level. Having graphics dim or fade as well would be great when in dark mode. Once I'm able to trick the page into the correct contrast, reading along, and then "BAM", super bright white image.

Downloads do not work when initiated from the Your History view nor from the Playlist book overview, and leave the app non-functional and in a broken state, unable to open any content, until the app is force stopped. I can only get downloads to work one specific way in the Playlist view. At least email support is responsive and hopefully looking into the issue
