This app is quite annoying. Videos are often black and you need to exit and enter, dozens of times. When the app is reduced to icon, my phone vibrates at each message that anyone sends to the chat. There are tons of little buttons to be searched all the time, either to mute a video, or to disable notifications... Guys, was this app tested at all?

Run the World is a great app. Very reliable, and easy to use for attendees. My event had multiple days and multiple presentors which ran very smoothly. Minor glitches with audio or presentations are easy to fix. Having the event available for future viewing is another bonus.

Worst experience ever. Got invited to a round table. Tried to launch the meeting, put me into a horrible loop about installing the app click on the link that says to join the meeting w/o the app, loops me back to requiring to install the app. Fine I installed the app. Tried to get into the meeting nothing happening. Just a message stating to go to my desktop to launch the meeting. What was the point of forcing me to install the app for you to tell me that I need to go to my desktop to join.

We were promised that the system was improved, but now it is worse. I tried to access my app but advised I needed to upgrade it. When I attempted to Upgrade it, my access code was sent to a non-existent email address. When I tried to obtain a new app through the web site, I was advised the app was already installed. I never had this problem with Zoom or similar sites. Why must accessing and using your app be so difficult?

I have been trying for 40 minutes to log into the Stephanie Miller show. I've never had any problems with Zoom or Skype, but no matter what I do, I keep coming back to the download app page, despite the fact I've downloaded with Chrome.This is absolutely not a user friendly system.

It works, but on android at least, it isn't the greatest conference experience. No apparent ability for participants to share slides or other media limits the engagement factor, and having to see all speakers all of the time rather than focusing in on the current speaker is just distracting. Chat function is in such a tuby window it is pretty much unreadable on a phone. Would be nice if it could run in a minimised window in the background on android so could listen while doing other things.

I ended up with two different accounts as a different email got defaulted in somehow. Had trouble logging in to tonight's show, never got to cocktail party. Was late to show so I zipped through the middle and missed some of the show. (I will definitely watch later!) Can't get to M&G. Reinstalling app now. Hoping to get to the party eventually...

Horrible. Very glitchy. No support when you're actually in an event. Instructions are spotty, incorrect, or nonexistent. Won't be attending any more events with this one. So not worth the time and frustration, not to mention the money.

The profile is wonderful and makes the event feel so much more personal. Instead of just staring at a list of names, I get to see people's photos and read about what they do and reach out to people I want to network with.
