So buggy and so expensive. This company takes advantage of college students that have no choice but to buy their product. The least they could do is make a functional app.

The app performance is very spotty. Basically rolling the dice on the day whether it'll work or not. Would not recommend.

Waste of money. Garbage freezes during class. Why the F do I have to pay for the anxiety enducing trash. Here's a great idea, let's test students during class while they are learning new material instead of actually teaching them. Great idea. I'm so glad my grade is decreasing because the app isn't working.

Frequently doesn't record your answer resulting in your answer being marked as wrong. For a paid service, this is unacceptable.

App shows absences even though I have checked in every time. The calendar is also broken and won't even show which dates the app messed up, making it difficult for I and my professor to correct the issue. I am so tired of having to deal with this broken app every class. It also asks for location even when the professor has disabled the location setting, creepy.

I see tons of reviews complaining about connection issues, but I have a newer phone and never had connection or lag issues. This app might SEEM free to download, but it's just a free trial. A 6 month subscription was $15 for me. I'm giving it 3 stars because the app works and does what it says it does, but it's not worth paying for. There's nothing innovative or spectacular about it, it's just "meh". A professor/teacher could accomplish the same thing with a different, and free, app or site

Up until the most recent update, I have had no problems with the app at all. Now with the latest update, even though I am connected to both the internet and have my location turned on, the app repeatedly keeps telling me to turn my location on (even though it already is) and does not allow me to join my class because it cannot determine my location.

Pretty easy to use. I had some issues connecting when I was expected to be answering questions. When attendance was taken and questions were answered on paper, my scores and attendance weren't listed in the app. It would be great if the instructor could add those manually. You can't submit the access code through the app. I forgot the email I registered using, so I was unable to register online either, since I forgot which email I had used. Tech support was pretty helpful with that problem.

This app is so convenient. A four year subscription is the same price as buying a new iclicker. I love that i can access my account online. I love that I never have to remember to bring an iclicker to class. And I LOVE that the statistics for the answers are shone on the app. 10/10. I highly recommend this app. Forget the clunky tech.

My entire class had perpetual issues with connection. Everybody lost points on quizzes from time to time because of connection issues. The professor said there is zero chance that he will ever be using iClicker again, but sadly that will bring back neither the points I lost nor the money I paid for a subscription. Also, I paid $15 for a 6 month subscription to an app I could have written myself in an hour. This company knows that the students who pay for their app have no choice.
