Need to add a test video so that people can check set up and quality if just buying 1 game at a time given its hard to get any consistency of platform you view on. Also need to have a setting for spoiler alerts so dont find out score if not watching live especially if overseas. Need to actually answer customer queries as no response at all is not good enough. Basically need to speak to people and act as losing an absolute fortune in lost review to overseas users as it is just too hard to use.

Update: March 2021 App is improving, though still has issues. Why does it not keep users logged in? A total pain having to login every time you use it. Also, push notifications for new content would be helpful. ----- Old version: At present, I can't watch anything. I log in, says I'm successful, then it keeps asking for a login again. Constant login loop that won't keep me logged in.

No search function meaning it is impossible to find archive matches, highlights or favourite videos without hours of scrolling. Ive emailed the publisher and received no response.

Very poor app,far too basic and full of issues. Should be able to watch rtv on it and ppv games but sometimes doesn't work correctly. Needs lots of work to improve it. Rangers Fc deserve far better!

I have to reinstall every game to get my season ticket package to work. Rubbish.. developers need a boot up the arse

I've tried the new RTV and still think it is Rubbish. It fails to keep you logged in when we were advised it had been set to a single sign in process. I've also tried the app for viewing live games but each time I cast the live game the stream goes back to the start and screen saver of RTV advising the game will start soon. The Website again operates much better and I fail to see why we'd have the App at all?

Absolute rubbish, followed all relevant steps, uninstalled then reinstalled several times still buffering then cutting out altogether. Website works fine but the app is dug meat. Not impressed 🤬

Rubbish. Cannot buy the match pass for games. Says subscribers only and shows padlocks around where you would buy it. On the web page I've been buying them for every match no problem then you launch the app and I cant get it to work. Not very user friendly. Will need to stream game elsewhere. I followed your instructions to create a new username and password keeping same email address but now it doesn't work and looking at comments I am not alone.

Jusr allowed this upgrade on my mobile and now it wont allow me to cast anything - the casting symbol is greyed out and completely disappears after a few seconds .... pkease reinstate ASAP !!!
