Great radar app. My only issue is I have to completely close it and reload it to get it to refresh as it won't otherwise, no matter how long I wait. The upcoming rain notifications are great.

Why did I just found out about this app? Haha, it's awesome. Love the widget on my home screen. Finally a working radar widget, which updates frequently. Just bought the subscription, worth it. Thank you! What would make it even more awesome, for me anyway, is that the widget shows the radar images move. Like dynamically from now till 2 hours in the future (prediction). That would be even more great!

I am currently trying a dozen rain radar apps, bc\ I'm almost ready to pay for one. This radar, running on repeat has the worst loading cycles even when repeating the animation for the hundredth time. It's not because of network, at this point it's coded extremely poorly compared to almost any other alternative. Others that fail, do so because I don't love their payment models or attitude towards tolerable ads despite paying though. One of them will be good enough though.

This app is rare one that has huge list of colors to choose for the radar. As someone who's red/green vision deficient I appreciate this very much. The thing that is really bad is coding for the loading cycles. Images are too large and they consume soo much ram memory that the app blocks my entire phone and it crashes eventually. 60 minutes forecast is excellent but the hourly forecast is innacurate. Overall there's a lot of room for improvement for this app, but it has potential to be great.

Used to be my go to as a weather radar. Recently the animations take forever to load. Need to wait a long while before the data downloads from the server. Windy is a better option.

The app is now much more stable. Return to 5 stars again. But your forecast is inappropriate and in my region (SE Asia)i nearly impossible. A statement like "Rain in a forecast but not visible to radars" is unnecessary. All I want to see is the actual situation. The arrows are very helpful.

This app has a lot going for it. About as up to date as you find, seems accurate location wise, a lot of custom setup choices, direction movement arrows, color choices, can move radar manually, etc. Its rain forecasting is rarely even close to making sense, but not including that in rating as not what I use it for. Thanks for a good radar app.

Bought the app mainly for rain notifications, but it's much more than that. Rain notifications are superb, and very very accurate. It uses your local weather authority e.g. Met Éireann (Ireland’s National Meteorological Service) with superior accuracy. Support is superb also, they helped fix an issue I had on my device and the app initially. They really couldn't do enough to help. I highly recommend RainViewer, a brilliant app! A Dark Sky replacement for me.
