Firstly, i am very sorry to say that this app is not working... My expectations was more but nothing happened. Actually i want to give 0 star but at least 1 star we have to give. Just it was written that tap and select your category and nothing more was displayed. I do not recommend this app at all. So, kindly resolve our problem at earliest.

The app doesn't work,neither support team .After calling several time they keep you on hold transferring call between departments. IT team responds on third day. They unfortunately don't understand the urgency and paucity of time available with students who will be appearing for board exams. It is better for everyone they repair the flaws in the app before selling ebooks which are dependent on app for download which does not work. Frustration for the loss of time and pathetic support deserve 0

Most horrible experience ever I found. I ordered 3 numbers ebook from this concern. I found that the last payment of the ebook was refunded automatically. And somebody from this Rachnasagar told me that the amount should be again deposit through NEFT. After all payment made up the concern told me that no payment done and blocked my user ID and all the books which we already bought from them. The most 3rd grade service they give.

This is the worst app ever 😫. I was trying to login from my id and it was saying not able to login. What a nonsense 😡😡😡. I login with my id then put the password and then it said that it is a wrong id. After being irritated I thought to copy paste. After that also it is wrong. How can this be wrong? Useless app. Wish could give 0. One more thing is that there aren't all the books. I am studying french from Rachna sagar so I thought to install app. No book of mine 😒. Please don't install 👎

It is a nice app. I downloaded cbse maths and science sample papers for class 10 2019 exams, but neither am I able to transfer it to my mail from the app or print it. Please suggest a solution as it is not at all convenient to gaze at the mobile screen.

I am trying to login from other device since my original device is not working. But when I try to login, it says maximum login limit has reached. But I have logged out from all devices so how maximum login limit has reached. I am unable to read the book that I bought please let me know what I have to do!!

Pls.. Guys don't waste money on rachna sagar..better go for oswaal they support PDF and good customer service.. This app sucks cannot zoom the pages changes when we try to zoom Guys go for oswaal books 100% better than this I am an ios user bcoz of this stupid app i changed to android You can only view ur ebook at this app only.. Pdf is Locked. Cannot view in laptop.. Regret I wish i can give 0 star instead of 1

Wrost app experience it doesn't work . In my first device I can't open my ebook now. I email rachna sagar many times but it doesn't solve this issue only said now it will work but it doesn't and after it doesn't reply anything.
