The Precision Boxing Coach is your guide to high level boxing training. Just like having your own boxing coach calling out techniques and combinations it delivers intense and practical boxing sequences to execute in shadowboxing, on the focus mitts, or on the heavybag. Techniques include offense, body shots, defense and head movement. Choose from low to high combination modes and set the pace for steady punching or high volume output. Set the number of rounds, the round length and rest to your desired setting. Once the bell goes it's time to put in work.
