Great Paramotor app. Unfortunately, live tracking is not working for any Android devices (only iOS shows up). This is a great safety feature (if someone has trouble and don't come back, it's easy to find them). Other than that, best Paramotor APP available

I really like this app. But is there a way to save flight logs so you can go back later and review them? Would love to be able to title and save my flights so I can go back and see things like what my highest altitude was etc. Thanks!

My experience with this app is limited to only one ppg flight so far, but it performed great! After a few moments, it calculated the wind speed and direction, which was really useful. Logging my flight path was also very cool - I imported it into Google Earth and was able to see exactly where I went. The only thing I wish it had was sound for the vario - maybe I missed this option? All in all, this is a great tool for me!

UPDATE: The version that was released today fixes both issues that I noted below. I love the app and use it on every flight, however, the latest version does not seem to work with my BlueFly vario. Even though it says that is connected the vertical velocity remains 0. Also setting the altimeter to zero (to display altitude above takeoff field) does not seem to work. Overall navigation functions are outstanding.

Freezing App During flight.. Send bug reports and still no response from developer. The app freezes up the moment another app becomes active like a WhatsApp message or text coming through. Can't even use mobile phone camera to take pictures or the app freezes up.. This results in not recording the flight and I have no way of seeing my flight path afterwards. I regret paying for the full version of the app.

It could be better. It could be less hassle when trying to zoom in on one of your flight replays. Seems like it fights me to do that. It also quit keeping track after 7 flights. I though maybe there was a limit so i deleted 1 and tried again, but it didn't record. I'd also like to see a horizontal view of the flight so i can see what's going on with altitude in replay. FlySkyHy does, but i don't have an apple. And I'm not about to get one. And where's the bug report button?! I don't see one...

No vario available from connected SkyDrop (using BlueFly protocol): I have a Skybean SkyDrop Vario which provides Vario output over BT (SPP) which connects fine to my Google Nexus 7 tablet. The Skydrop is configured for the BlueFly protocol, and works fine in XCSoar (I see vario info on tablet from SkyDrop), but even though PPGpS allows a successful BlueFly connection, I get no vario value displayed in the vario box. A bit disappointed! I have emailed the dev for info.
