Payment has been made for subscription. Still cant use the service, then help centre contact me and asked for my bank card numb. Seriously? Thanks for your "good" service and I lost my money on your useless app.

Don't bother, I've had this app for about 2 years or so, most of the time it doesn't work, when I log onto my account it says I need to subscribe even though I pay every month, very frustrating when you want to quote or invoice jobs on the day.

I used to spend many hours typing quotes up on word documents and have tried a few different invoicing apps over the years to try and get my evenings back. None of them where good enough that I kept on using them. Then I found powered now, my paper work is done in a fraction of the time and looks so much more professional. There is so much more to it other then just invoicing and quotes for example; Diary management, certificates and warning notices, the list goes on. The customer service team are fantastic if have any questions. love it. Thanks Powered now team.

the app itself is not bad but is let down by the sales team .. they do not pay close attention to the customers needs and never admit to have done anything wrong.. asked for a refund for the time I didn't use their app and so far all they say is " we do not give refunds " .. was told a manager would contact me and it has been a week and nothing... worst experience I ever had ... would not recommend it to anyone ever..

Its a terrific little app for business. Been luving it now for 3-4 years. I haven't managed to get my head around the project feature as haven't given it enough attention. I luv this app so much that if I were on the future development team I would make a bell and a whistle here and there. Invoice history feature would be great to send or print. Another little improvement would be to free the text up. Let the user cut and paste info don't lock up data. Brilliant App!

Pros; plenty of useful features all in 1 app, took me 5 min to get to grips, user friendly. Cons; app crashed 5 times in 1 hours use. No dashboard. when typing adds double first letter so always need to delete and retype. Receipt pic in expenses is unreadable as saves in very low res and sideways with no option to rotate. EICR cert layout is way off on final pdf so definitely not suitable to send to client. Verdict; App unstable and too many bugs. Would expect less errors for the price.

Bugs are becoming more regular, unfortunately we signed up for a year and there are no refunds offered. I will be using the next 4 months of our contract to filter our information onto another platform. Powered now doesn't provide a consistant enough platform.
