Can't connect to bluetooth. Horrible Update: FINALLY CONNECTED! I finally got to connect the camera to my phone. You gotta make sure you turn on BLUETOOTH and LOCATION. If you don't turn your LOCATION on, it will not connect. Weird, but I finally got it to work like that. Also, make sure you have allowed location and other permissions when you first install the app.

Keep crashing. Can't get anything done. When I choose Google photos to import the photo directly the app crashes. Only way I can import the image is to first download the photo on my device and then import. This is a huge inconvenience. Also the pinch zoom in/out does not work very smoothly.

Same problem as every one else....unable to bluetooth to the camera and its really frustrating because the very reason for picking this camera over ithers is that it can print pictures from our gallery. But now that it can do that its no better than the other cameras yet we paid more for this one....i feel cheated, played, and upset with this product...hopefully your team fixing this problem soon beacuase as i have seen from the other reviews that this problem had been occuring for months.

For android connectivity issue try d below: 1. Uninstall mobile app and reinstall but don't open. 2.Forget bluetooth pairing of camera from phone's bluetooth setting.3.Hold the reset button with a pin for 15 sec while device is power ON. The reset hole is 6o clock next to micro usb connector. 4.Turn on bt and location services n open mobile bluetooth and pair camera after reset.5. open Snaptouch app and click bluetooth icon and select the camera listed. This helped resolve the problem.

This app used to work fairly well for me, however recently it has stopped allowing me to print pictures and disconnects from my camera at random. The app will work until I get to the final preview screen, which appears blank, and the print button won't work. Please fix this.

Been using this for a while now and never really had an issue.... just used it to print 5 photos before it suddenly disconnected and kept showing a "something went wrong" screen.....I have done all I can to get it to work hoping I could finish printing photos for a cousin. Very disappointed....

I love the app and my snaptouch camera SO much. It has always worked perfectly for me. The cropping can be off sometimes by the smallest bit, but almost never bothers me. Thank you, Polaroid; y'all are awesome! :)

I like it and it works good with the camera but I wish it were easier to crop the photos and size them to a frame. Like if I take a photo from my phone and put a frame on it, it doesn't look right next to all the other pictures I've printed straight from the camera. I have to go in and crop all the pictures from my phone individually and pretty much eyeball it to try to make it match the pictures I've taken with the camera. I wanted to make a photo wall but I can't because of the frame sizes.

App does not open. "Server Error" continues to persist upon opening the app. Not able to use the app. UPDATE: Camera does not connect to a Samsung S9. It does connect to my iPhone 8. This app does not work properly for Samsung S9. Really disappointed.
