This company is a scam! Do not buy from them. They have no customer service team. Order flowers and scheduled delivery for my wedding anniversary, did not show up until the following day and they refuse to reply to my emails and refund me despite getting the product. Worst online company I've ever dealt with. Should not be allowed to operate this scam!!

Don't waste time with them. Half of ordered item was delivered, when I was asked for missing thing they offered me a 15% refund 😂. This was a Mother's Day gift. This company is a joke. Avoid if you can.

Stay away, scammers! They will take your money and waste your time. No customer service, no reply from them, no emails, no help. My mum waited for 3 days for her flowers and instead of a bouquet of flowers she received CHOCOLATES. Beyond joke! Find yourself a better flower service, this one is just a nightmare.
