Convenient app, but unfortunately the good points stop there. DO NOT use their service for anything valuable. On 2 separate occasions I sent them 4 suits: 2 came back damaged with burn marks and holes, and a third with double pleats. A disaster.

Easily the worst laundry service. Spoilt my shirt and would not bother to reimburse me. My white shirt had a lovely blue color on the collar. They used bleach and took the color off completely. For a long time would not admit. Then they refused to reimburse. Totally avoidable.

this company has got to the LEAST ecologically friendly service ever. I had 8 mens dress shirts drycleaned each shirt was wrapped in plastic, then placed in a plastic bag, then the bag was hung on a hanger, then that was placed in another plastic bag. such a waste. additionally they failed to deliver once even though it was the same location as pickup.

Perfect! Was looking to clean my curtains and found them online.Pickup within a day via app . The guy who came over to pickup and deliver was extremely professional and friendly. He gave good advice on the benefits of dry clean vs laundry for curtains and gave me some tips on long term storage should I not want to use the curtains too. I hope to use their services again real soon.

The Piing application is relatively easy to use and mobile friendly. My family and I have been getting our clothes washed by them for quite some time and i do feel that the service and wash quality is up to standard. Delivery is quick and efficient plus drivers are friendly and able to answer to all my enquiries. I mainly use Piing services as it is affordable and delivery service spreads across 10 hrs a day from 1pm to 11pm, which fits my working hours. :)

They lost one of the items from my very first order, but it was found and delivered a week later. The app is not very easy to use, even registering as a new customer required going to the website, because the app would not take the registration process further after I entered my details. They claim to pick up the garments within 60 minutes, but in reality it takes a few hours. Then they claim to get them dry cleaned within 3 days, but the app only gives an option to return them within a week.

Ordered for the first time. Definitely Fail. Send 2 dress and a curtain set worth almost $1K. Returned back the dress crumpled. Curtain super crumpled and to make things worst there are stretch damage. The curtains looks worst then when we send to the laundry. What's up with that? In exchange we did send 5 suits for dry clean. I felt uneasy now. Fingers cross to that. Oh ya. The app is not user friendly.

Been using their load laundry for bed linen cleaning (no blankets or comforters, just light cotton linen) with no issues. The most recent order they told us must use dry clean, cannot use load wash. You cannot force people to use dry clean for linen that can use load wash, even if you are desperate to earn more profits (dry clean is more expensive than load wash)! How unethical.

Interface is not easy to understand. Setting up addresses was difficult, as the location auto fill was inaccurate. And the address is not editable or delectable after saving. Credit card details cannot be removed after setting up. Options for laundry choices isn't so straightforward, could not find table cloth option within the price list.

I think there's some issue with the app. And web page right now. I can't login at all. I tried using different phones to login and tried deleting the app and reinstalling already. But all doesn't seems to work..
