I have applied for my daughter's birth certificate a 1.5 months ago after that i got message that certificate completed about 1 month ago but when I'm trying to download the certificate app showing Certificate is not digitally signed please contact registrar. Now i don't know where i can see that which registrar will sign and whom to approach? Why this facility online when they are not signing certificates. Please help

Useless app, just a dream project of govt. 1) Nigam doesn't accept online application. 2) No further communication or update received. 3) Registrar/panchayat directly denies data not received. 4) App shows wrong OTP even on correct ones. 5) Filled data gets completely deleted on back click. 6) Offline procedure is much easier than online. 7) Born with server issues and living with that. 8) No address/office details provided for follow up, when you call regitrar they'll ask you to go to eemitra
