App malfunctioning. I tried to sign up, wants me to input a 4 digit pin which I did but it keeps saying that I didn't after I hit submit. Looks like a bug, need this to be fixed please! Let me know when you do.

It didnt allow to enter 15 mins. It was only allowing 30 mins or more so have to spend more money even if we want to park just for 10 mins!

I have used this app for the last 2 years and it has been handy but when I received a parking ticket ..Passport Canada just gave my a number to call (the wrong number) to resolve the issue....The city of Windsor parking enforcement office informed me I would have to dispute the ticket with in 30 days....Requiring me to download the form make a copy of the parking receipt and the ticket then hand it all in for review.....So be aware that if you use this app and get a ticket you are on your own...

Why in the world does it need access to my camera, contacts, and phone history? This is just malicious. Good thing you can use their website that doesn't have any of those permissions, but that's a separate dumpster fire. Why can't I easily pick how long I need to park? Instead of letting me enter a time, I have to use up and down arrows. You'd think these would be logical, minutes perhaps. Nope. 30 minute increments. Oh and it's "not compatible" with my tablet for no reason. Stupidity.

I park my car regularly at the same lot and know the rates well, so after parking as usual and paying for a month of parking using the Passport Canada app, I noticed it only gave me 6 days worth of parking. When I contacted Passport Canada to fix the bug, they initially told me those are the rates. When I showed them proof of past purchases, they then told me they couldn't help me. I contacted the parking lot and they had no clue what to do either. Fix your stinkin' app Passport! It doesn't work.

It does work but compares to other parking apps, this is the worse. The parking process has twice as many steps and the way free parking is handled is horrible

Pointless seeing as you can't "top up". If you use the app to pay for 30mins, you can't add additional time to the meter for another 4.5hrs because there's a "lockout period" -- even if you haven't used the max time allowed at that meter. You also can't split the payment (i.e. Use change and the app together) as the app doesn't link up to the meter, so you just end up double paying.

Wow worst parking app ever. 21 emails of one receipt - thanks for spamming me! The price is hidden until you select the payment method. The default single button payment is for the maximum amount of time instead of 0 or 1 hour. Also, no option for "park until" or for less than an hour. You could learn a lot from Pay By Phone.

Not great. Often does not boot up whether I use wifi or data on my phone. So if this for situations where I have no exact change and the ticket machine also refuses to scan the credit card despite 25 tries, really not that helpful. Out of the 8 times I have needed it , only booted up and worked twice.
