can't sign in using Google. It tells me to use a different browser... while in the app. Don't know what else to say, this is just ridiculous.

0/10, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Always crashes, constant error messages. And if you can't get the stupid thing to work, they slap you with a $25+ parking ticket. The only reason I haven't uninstalled is because I need it for the train station. The official lot for a public transport service shouldn't be owned by a private company, let alone one that's absolute trash.

Doesn't let you change the exit time so I can only book parking for an hour while at work. Website is down and machine at station is also down.

The app won't let me reserve parking that shows as available for an event. Then when I select a different spot close to the event location it doesn't bring up the event and I can reserve the time. It also keeps displaying the message to use a promo code but the promo code doesnt even work. Very buggy app!

Do NOT download it. Worst app ever. Never got access to the parking lot I reserved. Above that they charged me and won't answer my emails. The app didn't work correctly and booked me in a scheduled time that was already passed. Go and try with other parking apps!

I purchased parking from this app one time. Literally 100% fail rate. A transaction for $9.12 was processed through my card within 24 hrs. And yet I was issued a parking violation for the same address and time that I paid for. The violation reason is listed as "NOT PAID." I am being charged $73.75, and being threatened that I will be turned into collections. This is exactly what I tried to avoid by spending 10 minutes on my phone in the heat navigating this clunky app. Now I have to dispute, THX

Don't use, or support this company if you can find better lots. They kick downtown residents out of their monthly parking spaces to have more room for football fans and loud tailgaters. They gouge us an arm and a leg, and can't even provide the basic service they were contracted for.

I do not think I've ever seen an app this bad. Login almost never works. I'm always prompted to add a license plate even if I already have one. It never saves my parking history and it crashes all the time

It's almost worthless. I downloaded it to pay a daily rate but it only allows for 2hr increments. Deleting and never downloading again.
