Info come through from school. Sometimes you get notifications and sometimes you don't. Needs fixed as easy to miss news especially when you used to get notifications and then don't. You assume nothing is being sent out. Would give it 5 stars if this was sorted

Can't read messages from the school anymore, even after double checking all settings are correct and uninstalling and the re installing the app.

It's a good app but with a major flaw. Push notifications are either not working or not applied. I missed my non-resident childs sports day because I had no information. Arguably, I should routinely check, but push notifications would be a big improvement and a massive help.

It would be much better if you could select notifications for more than one school at a time, my children are split between 2 schools (1 junior & 1 infants) yet i can only select 1 school to recieve notifications from not overly helpful really. I have tried contacting you via email regarding this but I've been rejected as spam 🤨

Notifications don't work. Contacted support and no reply! Thank you for your reply. I hope you find a solution, it would be really useful to get notifications as lots of messages are missed.

Can't give feedback via the app option so have to do so here. I would be great if I could select which year group I get notificaions for as I currently get multiple irrelevant notifications. Also the notifications are often repeated. It is otherwise a great system to keep track of things going on a the school.

Notifications stopped working months. My phone got updated today, so I had to sign up again but the address I want is not highlighted just another random school. It won't let me click on the one I want. So now I dont have it at all. This issue is now resolved, thank you.

It was great. However all of a sudden the push notifications have stopped working. Makes the app fairly poor to have to routinely go in to check for new messages!!

Just can't access it on an android phone any more. Get an error every time, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Our school is switching to a different platform as this is too unreliable.

Was great until I can no longer open my app! Keeps coming up with error. I uninstalled it and installed it again but still the same error message. Been over a week now. Missing out on events etc going on at my son's school!
