OT Manager (OTM) is an online networking service for medical professionals and healthcare organizations. RVG is a uniform system of calculating charges and helps to bring a certain level of uniformity to prevent discrepancy in the payments . at the same time  it takes into account the variables like difficulty level and time taken in the procedure.
