I had this app for years with absolutly no problems!!! But I think it's been close to one year now, that it stopped working. It kept telling me they could not verify my credentials, to call the institucion! I am very frustrated with this situation. I visited one of the offices for help, but they just told me to follow the instruction after downlaoding the app. If someone does not help me soon, I'm just going to close my over 20 year old acounts and go with another bank!.

This is the worst Bank/App I've had to deal with in my life. It sucks worse that I can't just walk out because this is my employers' only payment option. There's always a problem, specially with logins, security questions are useless since I'm certain I've answered them differently, it won't work with ATH Movil, which is worsened by the fact that their own People Pay just sucks...and almost 5 months in and even though I do get mail statements from them I STILL DON'T HAVE MY DEBIT CARD!!!

When Oriental first launched their app it was amazing and it used to work perfectly. Now I can't even open it, cause every single time I get an error saying that the app is unavailable. It's the only way I have to make check deposits into my account since there's no Oriental Bank in Florida, where I'm currently living, but now I can't even do that unless I uninstall an re-install the app again several times and restart my phone again the same amount of times. Can't even use it to check my balance, cause it would never open unless I uninstall and re-install. I've had my account for years and lately I've even considered changing banks just for this inconvenience. Please fix this. I really like having my account with you guys and wouldn't want to close it.

This app is a garbage, Scotiabank app was wayyyyyy better, you don't have 24/7 customer service and they waiting time on the phone is ridiculous. I'm moving to another bank. I miss Scotiabank. I guess I'm going to first bank, who's with me? It almost looks like they are planning to keep everyone's money and run to another country.

I've been having trouble accessing my account lately. It doesn't load and freezes. I tried to reinstall it, as advised by the representative of the bank, but when downloading again the application asks me for another phone number, does not accept mine because it says it is in service in another account.

Horrible bank, horrible customer service if you can get them to answer the phone or return a call, horrible app won't take my password have changed it in customer service 3x and still doesn't work. They changed my account number and tracking and invalidated my card when they fused with Scotiabank and forgot to inform me. Now I can't get my COVID incentive.
