I tried to book ticket from app, I paid the money through PAYTm UPI . Money was debited from my bank account but ticket was not booked shows as transaction failed. When I contacted customer care they said money was not received and suggest me to contact my bank customer care. When I connect my bank customer care they said money was successfully sent to them. Once contact them . Again I contact orange travels customer service they said again same thing. Till now I don't get my money back.

We booked 6 tickets in November and had 6 bags (3 suitcases, 1 kirana bag and 2 small cartons box - all containing old clothes and household items) To our surprise baggage person took 400 cash for 2 cartons boxes stating cartons boxes can't be carried unless we pay Rs 200 for each box. I offered GPay/online payment but he said only cash. No receipt was provided. Your terms and conditions doesn't show this clause.

One of the waste app as if you book from this app the driver has not find any droping point , so using this app is fully useless and and the driver are fighty with customers ( passengers) I had lot of time has the same experience The drivers and support staff are not support for any drop if we required little change also.

Worst pick up service. When they are late we have to accept. When we request them to wait for 10 minutes. They don't wait. Pathetic

Worst app and service ever. I have booked ticket for my mom from Bangalore electronic city for 3am and they asked to come madiwala in the night before travel when we asked about drop point in ecity.we were waiting for half hr and driver not responded the cal and finally asked us to come to hebal for pickup which is 3hrs from our distance and very rude behavior from driver also. My mom aged 56, for senior female passenger,she s not feel safe and finally she went in govt bus. Such a pathetic

I tried to reschedule my ticket. But this app didn't let me sign in. And the period to rescheduled is passed. Still i am not able to sign in.

bus is good but the app is very very bad. most of the time it don't open, need to hard quit and open again 2-3 times. second the ticket booking is a bad experience. takes loads of time. first it showed me ticket booking cancelled, but when i reopened the app, the ticket was booked. third, the bus tracking is not working at all. please fix these.

Very bad customer service. My bus got delayed by 1 hour and when I tried to contact the customer care it didn't get connect to them.Then I messaged them through watsapp and I told them my issue ,they saw my message and they blocked me.such a bad experience!!! And also can't even track the bus. The option is there but it is showing wrong places , then why the option is given

They are the worst among travels. Don't be fooled by ratings. I travelled from hyd to Shiridi on Feb 28th by AC Sleeper. The bus was stopped by RTA as there were more seats than allowed. Reached Shiridi by 3pm where as scheduled time was 8AM. Very unprofessional Customer care. They don't care about customer benifit or safety. All they are about is making money. Today a sleeper bus caught fire. They don't give a damn about customer safety. Stay away from Orange travels if you care about safety!!!
